Stunning experience buying my new Ford connect. Staff was excellent, workshop was amazing even had a rear view camera fitted for me included in the deal. You should never judge other peoples experiences straight away it’s been 2 months since my purchase and although I haven’t had any problems with the van and had to use there after sales teams I can already tell it would be a smooth process. Frankie and Dan. Talk about two peas in a pod!! Never go to these people, they will make your life hell. Rotten to the core. How they sleep at night I will never know. Absolute scammers!! Wish I had read reviews, the comments, omg! How are these people still running a business?

Completely agree with you. Stuck with a car worth almost half of what we paid for it. No help or response from them. Awful
Please avoid this garage at all costs, Frankie pretends he is your friend when trying to sell you a car, making false promises and even covering up attempted repairs as if they never happen, his famous last words are "Ill drop you an email" which he will never do, I purchased a car last year which had a droning/humming noise coming from the car, he told me it was it was cheap tyres or wheel bearing and that it was an easy fix, upon collecting the car he tells me the issue isn't fixed but come back in a week and they will fix it as they know its an issue with the rear diff, 1 month later he finally answers my texts/calls and books it in, replaces the rear diff but the issue remains, tells me he will email me the warranty details of the new rear diff and the paperwork alongside it, this never happens. i return the car to them 2 more times and on the final time they have the car for 1 month, i was left without updates or a car because the loan car he was meant to lend me wasn't available. i eventually get the car back unfixed as i required it for work, i take it to a local garage who find over £9000's worth of issues including a entire new gearbox being required. after months of arguing with the finance company, and the ombudsman i was left with only getting half my finance payments back and the repair for the gearbox paid for by the finance company. Please avoid this place at all costs, the other reviews on here are so similar to my experience. Frankie will make out he is there to help you but in reality he is not, he is a typical car salesman making money from terrible cars and when the issues come back to him he just ignores your calls, texts or emails.

Brought a car broke down with in 21 days. Contacted garage. They tried to put the blame on me. The RAC said that the issue would have been before I brought the car. Please don’t waste your money here.
Tried to buy a Mercedes white SL they could not be bothered to reply to emails only the first one . Thankfully I’ve now bought an SL . Frankie could not be bothered to even try and sell me the mercedes . Dread to think what would happen after you’ve bought a car from these guys , if this is the best they can do even before they Have your money . Would not give them the time of day .
Wish I never bought a car from them. Full of lies, car was delivered with faults and was ignored until I got the finance company involved. Car was nearly £20k… so far in a month we have spent £1.4K (£1k of our own money) sorting the car out and yet it still needs work. I would stay clear of this garage.

Quite possibly the worst garage I’ve ever come across in my life. Where to I start…. Slimy salesman full of false promises. Who will offer you the world and then take you for a ride. If you do manage to get through to the brain-dead team who man the phones you will be greeted by a cave dwelling knuckle dragger who will be able to assist you with about 0% of your needs as a customer. Please head my warning and stay well away. However if you do ignore my advice make sure you bring your cattle because you’ll be sure to find a bunch of cowboys running the show. What a disgrace I’m amazed they are still in business.

I find this very hard to believe, we go out of our way to be helpful with all our customers which is show by our 4.8 out of 5 on all our reviews via Autotrader where most of our vehicles are sold. Also find it very strange you did not leave your name?? Are you sure you have the right garage.
Customer service clearly has a different meaning at this garage very rude staff please look elsewhere you don’t want to be wasting your hard earned cash and do not leave a deposit because if something is wrong when you go to collect it they won’t give you your money back
i have asked for quotes on a golf r and contact me through email but they couldnt assist unless i give them a contact number, i have dealt with plenty of dealerships and dealt through email never had an issue and in response to my queries i have been getting sarcastic comments back, very unprofessional company maybe the staff need to learn manners
