Couldn’t thank Crossway Cars enough. I have been very reluctant when it comes to buying a new car. I didn’t have an idea what I wanted but have found my Mercedes GLA with them. Gary has been an absolute gem! There wasn’t too much to ask, he has helped me the entire way! The lady in the office was also so lovely, she ordered an extra part for my car and nothing wasn’t too much to ask. As for Frankie, he always kept me updated with my car and has assured me with all updates. I mentioned that I was placing on Private plates and he’s told me to come back when I get them to put them on my car to save me money. If your looking for a new car this is the place you need to come!! I know where I’ll be buying my future cars from. Guys thank you so much, I couldn’t thank you all enough!

the car was purchased on the 8/1/20 and I have still have not received log book back!. when I went to purchase you was putting it through a mot which failed due to (imbalanced brakes on front axle ), which you then sorted it then came back to you twice because of brakes grinding and the calliper sticking. The problem was then resolved until my partner took a trip to bluewater when engine management light come on and went in to limp mode and having to leave the car there and get bus home with 2 kids. And I’m pretty sure is fuel reserve there for a reason !!!! Plus I’m not the only person that has had problems with this company !

Brought car from this garage and had nothing but trouble since day 1, Paid for car in full, said they would service car and do brakes, which had not been done. Took car too a main dealer to be told the issues with the vehicle., call the garage asking what they was going to do, to be told that they was not going too do anything, 600 quid out of pocket. And still a car that is not right, Would not recommend this garage too any one. Service is not good. Frankie is a typical sales man and just wants ya money, Not a very helpful garage, when pointed out the issues, frankie then started too be nasty
My son brought a car at the beginning on dec 2019 and he had it just over a week and it went wrong. Since it went wrong we have tried and tried to resolve the issues with eventually asking for a refund...which now is being taken further as frankie does not want to answer our phone calls or letter which we sent. We have rung and left messages with other people asking them to ask him to ring us back or to have some sort of response..but nothing..no letter..no text..no call absolutely no customer care or contact at all. He is apparently never there when we ring. There is apparently no one else that you can talk to either to sort out any problems or complaints as they say they havent got authority. So you go back to square one. My son paid £2500.00 and has had not one ounce of help off of this garage to resolve the problem. Apart from telling us there was nothing wrong with it. But when the management light has come on and there is blue smoke coming out the exhaust it doesn't take much to work out that's it not right does it. It has also been looked at by an aa man..another garage and halfords. And they have all said it's no good. And the warranty that we got from frankie and crossways garage isn't worth nothing as they wont pay out for any work at all as the car has had some work done on it all ready. Well that should not affect us because it's a second hand car of 9 years old of course it's going to have had a bit of work done on it..but surely that isn't our fault or should affect the warranty when we brought the car. It should cover us as well at least. Just been.a complete mess from the start. My son saved up all christmas, birthday money wages and had some inheritance from his grandad to buy his first car and this is what happens. He only drove it for less than a fortnight after passing his test the month before. Why they cant just refund the money and then fix all the problems themselves and re sell it we dont know. That's what is needed for someone there to take responsibility and actually do something and get this issue sorted. If we could give a minus star we would

I turned up to crossways cars of dartford with no appointment to view a beautiful Little Corsa I had seen. When I arrived I was greeted by Frankie who advised me it had been sold earlier that day, damm it I had travelled all the way from Chelmsford he quickly got his team to grab me a cup of tea and showed me around the other range of Corsa’s he had in stock. I found an even better colour lower miles and loads of service history. He arranged for dan the salesman to remove the car from the lot and get me out for a drive. After careful consideration I decided to go for it. The team left me to review the car myself and make my own choice with no weight on my shoulders. After reading certain reviews I wanted to make sure everything was done correct including warranty Frankie presented me with a warranty certificate invoice all the details history for the car a binder to put it all in plus a 12 month mot and roadside assistance. Whilst the car was being cleaned for me I called the company on the warranty to make sure it was a genuine warranty. Yes it was a comprehensive cover for 3 months as promised. Very happy lady!! I think what this comes down to is people are very quick to leave negative reviews when it goes wrong but never tell the world how they feel when it’s going good. My experience has been a joy and hopefully if I have any problems with my second hand cat because that’s what we must remember guys there a used product. Frankie at Crossways of Drtford is very pleasant and reassuring throughout the sales process and generally sounds like a nice guy, although full of fake promises. Post sales communication is again full of fake promises, however the times you do manage to make contact regarding any issues with the car you are guaranteed to be given hope followed by disappointment. Typical sales pitches are to be expected. I have bought my car here almost five months ago and was reassured that any warranty work could be diagnosed and undertaken at their own facilities and that if anything ever went wrong Frankie and the team would welcome me with open arms and would assist in finding a resolution. I typically buy private but having a more expensive car than usual for me I thought the smart thing to do would be to buy one with some sort of reassurance that if anything does go wrong I am covered. At the point of the sale I have pointed out an oil leak which Frankie promised to resolve before purchase which he seemed to do, however the problem has come back a week into ownership at which point I have made contact with them and was told that parts will be ordered and labour costs covered – never happened and I’ve had to pay for it myself. Fast forward five months and I am now having more serious issues with the car - again I make contact in hopes that Frankie will assist with a warranty claim and he proceeds to rush me through a phone call and claims that I will be receiving a call back once he gets my policy documents so that I can make a claim – following the pattern again; no call back and no documents. After then calling back a week later and speaking with his colleague Dan who is the valeter at the garage he also reassures me that Frankie will be in touch within the next few days but I am yet to hear from him, weeks later. In conclusion – their prices are fair for a dealer but as with any car salesmen they are dishonest. Beware that you are buying a car with no warranty even though stated otherwise.

Good afternoon. We are ever so sorry you still felt the need to post a negative review. I would like to put the story slightly straight. You bought the car back into us with a “problem” we repaired a small water leak and advised you the car was ready you the proceeded to bring 2 guys back to our office and try to threaten and intimidate us in to giving you money. We had to call the police on you on one occasion. You then tried to get your credit card stopped to have your money returned to which the company advised you to get an engeniers report. You did this and they reported it was one of the best cars for the year and miles he had seen and no problems existed the credit card company advised you to collect your car as there is nothing wrong with it and You still have not!!!! We take any breakdown or fault to a car we have sold very seriously.
Sold a KA by Frankie at Crossways of Dartford. Would recommend him to others as nothing seemed to much for him and his colleagues.
