Saw the Scirocco on autotrader so called up to check availability and delivery options…..within approx 2 hours I was told that delivery would be possible & was having a video walkaround the vehicle with Mark. Once mulling over the offer, I was calling the next day to pay a deposit & arrange the delivery. No pressure to take advantage of extended warranty (no pushy sales techniques). Just relaxed, options laid out, final decision mine. Vehicle was delivered a week later & I can’t be happier! 2nd largest purchase I’d ever made, after the house, but made to feel completely at ease and nothing was too much trouble. 5 star service all the way, much appreciated 👍

Very pleased with the service provided by Crossways Garage Halstead whilst buying our Mazda mx5, Began with a warm welcome and hot mug of coffee on our initial visit ! We were allowed plenty of time to examine and test the car without out any sales pressure. This resulted in us having a little friendly banter over the price and ultimately agreeing a deal. After a good deal of searching I decided to spend a little more & buy myself a well looked after Audi A3 diesel from Crossways, Halstead. John was helpful & not pushy at all. A quality car sold itself. I was pleased with the 6 month warranty as opposed to the 3 months you usually get. The car is a dream, low road fund expense, 50+ to the gallon & looks a knockout in red. Very disappointed with car bought considering the amount of work done prior to sale. Wheel bearing seized week after getting car ,both new number plates fell off and oil leak from gearbox requiring an ex excessive amount of work not good after only one month.

Great open and honest service from Crossways garage in Halstead. Would use again and would recommend them to friends. The car was well presented on the test drive and cleaned again on collection. they sell lots of cars and you can see why. And you get 6 months warranty (usually 3 minimum).
