I purchased a car from here in June. The car was clean and matched its auto trader description. The initial service was good and the sale was easy. Unfortunately I have been receiving tickets for the car I part exchanged so the dealership have said they will sort this. Also I have had an issue with the turbo of my new car the warranty company that the dealership recommended are poor. The car is what I expected and I know things can go wrong with used cars but I have had to pay 200 for a repair on a car I have had for 3 months.

We bought a Toyota Avensis on 28th January. Whole experience was excellent. No pressure to buy and helpful advice given re us part exchanging and buyint the Avensis. Then we began to notice a slight knocking noise over rough ground over the next few days. Advised by Crossways to get it checked at our local garage where cuts were also found on the inside of front tyres. Crossways immediately asked for the car back and within two days we had two new tyres and new Toyota brake pads. The latter having been changed to solve the knocking problem. I cannot fault the professionalism and service of Crossways in any way.
I've had my car nearly 3 months now and I've not had a single problem with it, the dealership were great to deal with and I would absolutely recommend them.

Crossways Garage have a good range of cars, BMW's in particular. The guys at the dealership were able to answer any questions I had about any of the vehicles which is always a good sign. I'm was happy with the service and the price I paid for the car, couldn't of asked for more.
