I'm more than happy with the Land Rover I picked up from Crown Motors, I really cannot fault it. It's been brilliant since buying it, lovely to drive and in great condition. I would recommend them and happily use these again myself in the future. The customer service was very good, very helpful and friendly and most of all, they wasn't pushy at all and they didn't apply any pressure. They just helped where needed and they answered any questions I had. I'm really happy with the Land Rover and i'm very impressed with the customer service from Crown Motors.

We were looking around for a car for my daughter and I came across one for sale with Crown Cars so we got in contact with them to arrange to go and look at the car and arrange to be booked in for a test drive. When we turned up at their premises we were met by their salesman and he showed us round the car and we went on the test drive which went really well. We decided to buy the car for her and she is over the moon with it and she loves spending time driving it and she tells me that it is great fun doing so. Thank you for helping me find my daughter her dream car, it is highly appreciated. 😉

I went to look at a lovely Skoda Fabia that Crown Cars in Pontefract had. Nathan was very polite and welcoming and he left us to look at the car, at no time did he pressure me unlike previous car purchases elsewhere. He was a very friendly chap who seems to genuinely care about his customers and he is very enthusiastic, needless to say I bought the car from him and I will be coming back to Nath when it is again time to buy another car. I would not hesitate in recommending these to anybody who is on the lookout for a new vehicle.

The Renault Clio we brought from here is proper sound, it is also saving us an absolute fortune on petrol also which is good. The sales person that looked after me was brilliant, he took all the stress of buying a car away and made it a smooth transaction. The car was in the condition it was describe as in the photos and it was lovely and clean inside and outside when I got it. I am really satisfied with the service from this dealer they were top notch.

I am very happy with my car purchase from AutoTrader. The whole process was smooth and easy from browsing the website to choosing the car I wanted. I was a bit nervous about buying a car online without seeing it in person but Nath from Crown Car Dealership was very helpful and reassuring. He answered all my questions and he explained everything clearly and he also arranged the delivery of the car to my doorstep which was very convenient. The car arrived in perfect condition and just as described on the website, it was exactly what I was looking for and I love driving it, It is a great replacement for my previous car which got written off in an accident. I am glad I found AutoTrader and Nath who made this stressful situation much easier for me. Everything is going as I planned it would with my Toyota Auris, it is a terrific car and you can tell it was well looked after. When I first went to visit this dealer they gave me the keys to the car to take it for a test run without any pressure to buy it. I was happy with how the car performed so I decided to buy it and when I went back to collect it everything ran smoothly and they had all the paperwork waiting for me to sign, they made it a stress free and really straightforward process for me, I would definitely buy from here again. I don't normally give anyone top marks but for these I will make an acception.

I was left speechless by how good the service was from Nath whilst buying my Ford Fiesta from him back in September, Nath was one of the best salesman I have ever come across. I wanted to wait a while to write this review to make sure everything was running perfectly with my car and i'm happy to report that has certainly being the case, I love the car and it does not skip a heartbeat. I would highly recommend this car sales company to you all and I will be back here again when i'm ready to upgrade my car.

I recently bought a car from Nath at Crown Cars and I have to say that it was a very positive experience, Nath was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and he did not pressure me to make a decision or try to sell me something I did not want, instead he respected my preferences and budget. The car was exactly as described in the advertisement, it was in excellent condition, clean and well-maintained. Nath showed me all the features and explained how everything worked and he made sure that I was satisfied with the car before I drove it away. I am really happy with my beamer, it is a lovely car, smooth and powerful, it has everything I need and more. It is a pleasure to drive and I get compliments from everyone who sees it. I was in the market for a new car and I was carrying out an online search when I found a car for sale that I liked advertised on AutoTrader with Crown Cars in Pontefract, I picked up the phone and gave them a call to see if it was still available and to arrange a convenient time to go to look at it in person. When I turned up there I was introduced to one of their sales agents who was called Nath and he welcomed me with open arms and showed me to the car. He gave me a good tour round the car and he allowed me to go on a test drive in it, on the test drive everything went as planned so I made the commitment to buy the car, signed all of the paperwork and the car was ready for me to collect in no time at all, on the handover the car was presented to me in pristine condition and i'm really with my Volkswagen, it drives like a new car.
