The car is still going strong and running very well. I'm not the type of person to mess about when it comes to buying anything, I like to know what I want and once I've found it, I want it to be a simple in and out job. Once I found the Ford Kuga, the team pushed the paper work through as quick as and it was a very smooth process. It’s how you would want a car sale to go.

My Citroen DS4 is a really nice car to drive if I'm honest. I was airing on the side of caution as I have been told by a couple of people to avoid these cars but I can't think of why, unless there is something I'm missing. I think it was Stuart who sold me the car, he was a really nice guy to deal with and hats off to him, as he knows a lot about the cars. I had the car delivered to me once everything was ready and even after the drive to mine the car looked very presentable and cleaned to a high standard. It was low on fuel when it arrived, but I guess that's a given, since it was dropped off.

The car is faultless and I'm really enjoying the drive! I've put a few miles on it since I got it in September but I probably won't get out in it much now due to the lead up to Christmas with the bad weather but that is a given. Justin was great, he helped to answer all of my questions and got any issues resolved quickly.

The car has been brilliant since purchasing it back in summer. Justin made the whole process a dream as there was no messing around from the point I was interested to the aftercare. Any time that I need to get in touch with Justin he was on the other end of the phone to help. Can't fault this dealership, it is an easy 5 stars ⭐

Professional and friendly team at Crown Cars! I purchased my car back in August and after having a couple of issues with the car it has gone back and forth to this dealership to get resolved and it now drives great. I've always stood by the fact that after-care is just as important as the initial sale and the team were really quick, professional and efficient when dealing with me after buying the car.

Its quite a random story how I ended up buying my Volvo XC60 from Crown Cars in Pontefract. I came to view a Volvo, but my SatNav took me the wrong way and to the wrong garage... I realised Crwon Cars wasn't the garage I was supposed to be at, but saw they had the exact car I had come to view.... I had a look around, but felt committed to the other garage after making an appointment for a test drive etc. I went on my way to the initial garage to look at the Volvo I had inquired on... All seemed great and I went ahead with the purchase. NOW... Unfortunately, I got to the motorway and the car conked out, completely broke down, after been recovered back to the garage I requested a full refund and returned the car. I went back to Crown Cars and bought the Volvo from there and what a cracking motor it is... it was clearly meant to be. I am so chuffed, I couldn't have asked for anymore the car is mechanically sound AND its NOT broken down on me yet haha WINNER! Cant thank Crown enough, I will be back here FIRST time round when I or the family want a new car.

I bought a Vauxhall Mokka and it is perfectly fine, I am very happy with it, its driving as well as the first test drive. I went down to test drive it and then picked it up a couple of days later, it was super easy and straight forward. I cant remember the salesman's name, but he ensured a streamline process and updates were constantly provided. There was no waiting around when I come to collect and everything was exactly as it should be on the handover. Really impressed, and I for sure, will be back when I'm ready to upgrade again.

I recently purchased a BMW 1 Series from Crown Cars, and I must say that my experience was fantastic. Even though I wasn’t supposed to view the car that soon, I went down a couple of days early, and they were still able to accommodate me. The viewing experience was great, and I was able to test drive the car. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process. After signing the paperwork, I went back a few days later to collect the car, and the handover was on time as agreed and smooth. I would definitely recommend Crown Cars to anyone looking to purchase a car
