Would happily buy from Stu again in the future. Streamline and simple buying process with no bother. I didnt really want to have to buy a new car, but had no choice... so I found the best deal online for the car I wanted (Ford Focus), and it was this one! Happy with the car and happy with my dealings with Crown.

This has to be the most hassle free & straight forward car purchase I've ever made. There was no pressure, or hard selling what so ever. Nathan, the salesman was so polite, professional and welcoming. It was super quick and super easy! I love my Mini Countryman I bought, its been the perfect car since buying! I have had Mercedes C Class' for some time now, so when we wanted to swap for another we took to Autotrader to find what we were looking for. As soon as we read the description and it suited us to a T. We already know the car well so it was just a matter of seeing the car and its condition and going from there. The car was in immaculate condition for its age and mileage and I felt the advert was very honest. Nathan was really great with the sale, I couldn't thank him and his team enough they were great, they exceeded expectations massively!

Nathan was great to deal with, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I did have a problem and Nath sorted it straight away, I was really impressed with how quick the problem was rectified. The car is ace, running perfectly, driving well and perfect for our needs! I would rate this dealership 5/5 for their customer service and aftersales care.

The car (Volvo XC60) itself is nice and has exceeded my expectations. I had the pleasure of working with Nathan at Crown Cars, and I have to give him a special mention. Nathan made the whole process incredibly easy and smooth. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase.
