After getting rid of my work van, I began the search for a car that would suit my needs. One particular car caught my eye ;  a Mercedes Benz C220 – so I decided to head down to the dealership to see it in person. The moment I arrived and saw the car, I was absolutely blown away. The C220 was in pristine condition, even better than it looked in the pictures, and I knew I had to take it for a test drive. Once I got behind the wheel, I was completely sold. It drove so smoothly and effortlessly, far surpassing my old van. The entire experience was incredibly positive. What made the process even better was the dealership staff. Choosing Crown Cars was an excellent decision. The team there was incredibly approachable and made me feel comfortable right away. I was interested in a Ford Kuga, and I was able to examine the car thoroughly at my own pace without any pressure to make a quick decision. Since taking delivery, the car has exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled with my choice. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable, thanks to their relaxed and attentive service. 

I'm still waiting for my V5 but I know this can be DVLA issue. Otherwise I'm very happy.

The Audi TT has been a brilliant car for the time I've driven it. It's not my daily car but I do use it between work. I want to thank the team for all of there efforts while I was at the dealership because I felt very well looked after and I felt all of my questions were answered perfectly. Not once did I feel an once of pressure from the team so for me it's been perfect. I'm looking to take out the extended warranty, meaning Ill have to get in touch with the guys again which I look forward to.

After owning my car for a couple of months now, I'm very happy to report everything is running well with it. I've had no issues with it up until now (Touch wood) and the serviec on teh day was what you expect from a dealership, quick and hassle free.

For the team at Crown Cars they must have wanted to get me out of the door because I was practically begging them to get my Ford Transit! But honestly, the team at the dealership was great to make sure everything went smoothly. Since having it over a month now, it's become my home away from home as it's a little camper now. I recently went to the lake district, and it was just perfect ❤️I look forward to plenty more adventures.
