I turned up at Crown Pontefract and was welcomed with open arms by their friendly sales person, At all times I felt very welcomed around the dealership. I spoke a little about what car I wanted, I was shown to the Mini Cooper, I then took it for a test drive.. fell in love with it. That simple and easy! The process could not of gone any better, easier or more straight forward. I am extremely happy with my overall experience. I can't recommend them enough and I know this would be the first place I will look at when I need a new car!

I saw an advert in Auto Trader for the VW Tiguan and I made an appointment to go and view it and I was highly delighted with the car. the service and the help we got from Stuart. He told me if we needed any help or information just to give him a call. I would not hesitate to us or recommend Stuart again.

From my initial contact with this dealership I had a good feeling that things were going to be much better than dealing with your average second hand car dealer, my verdict was not wrong, one word I could use to describe this dealership would be Outstanding. The Audi A3 was beautifully presented to me and I fell in love with it as soon as I took my first glance. The salesman I spoke to was incredibly helpful answering every single question that I threw his way, take a bow son. I hope to have dealings with you again in the not to distant future.

Excellent attitude and a must visit for all car buyers out there, I bought my Kia from here and I was so well looked after by Stuart that I left so impressed and I felt it was a must to leave a review. I bought a BMW 320D from Crown Cars in Pontefract, Stuart was friendly and very easy to deal with, a very easy car buy. No pushy car sales tactics or cockiness like you get from a lot of dealers. I would buy from him again. The BMW 320D is proper nice, I love every minute that I am behind the wheel in it.

I came to purchase the Skoda from Crown Cars after seeing it online, I loved the car from the moment I saw it and I love it even more now its mine! Its a superb car. Made up with the Ford B Max, we love it and everybody else does also, we just need to learn what all the buttons are for, it will take us the rest of our time to figure this out, we had a Focus before that only had 3 buttons on it this has about 300 more 🤣🤣🤣. Wayne was excellent, he helped in every respect, he even gave me a lift from Featherstone Station to get to the car dealership which was very, very good. He was really helpful. The travel from Leeds was well worth it. Based on everything that Wayne did for me I would happily return back to here to deal with him again.

The Volkswagen Scirocco is much better than the little old banger I had when I first passed my test, I really enjoy driving it, I am chuffed to bits with it. The sales man was polite, on hand to answer all of my questions, nothing was too much trouble for him, the fact that I was given time to have a good look round the forecourt without having my ear chewed off to buy something from them was a real bonus and this is what lead me to buying a car from this dealership. A very good experience all round.

The BMW has been spot on, it is a brilliant car, I am really happy with it, Stuart did exactly what he said he would and I really cannot fault the service. he was very professional, and friendly, I got on really well with him. Also the after sales was excellent, no complaints at all with the way I was dealt with at Crown. I have passed my recommendations over to a few people that I know also.
