When coming to think about it I would definitely give Crown Cars in Pontefract top marks, the entire experience was great from start to finish and they completed the sale of my Mini Countryman nice and quickly. The car was also presented very well, looking beautifully clean! No complaints what so ever. A great company to deal with. I would shop with them again when the time comes to get something new.

Absolutely love the Kia, it is a cracking little car. I do have a little issue but the gents have been really helpful and are currently getting everything sorted for me as we speak. The customer service has been first class from the beginning!

It is my first time having finance on a car and the guy who I dealt with made it so easy. He literally couldn't do enough for me. from start to end I didn't really have to do much, he got everything in order and just explained to me what he was doing along the way. The Fiesta itself is beautiful, I absolutely love it.

Perfect couldn't fault it at all. The A3 was exactly as described if not better. It was ready on time when I went to collect it and looked mint too. Absolutely no issues, couldn't fault the guys!

She is a beauty, I am so pleased with my Mini, she's absolutely lovely, everything I have been wanting.😍 It was Wayne who I dealt with and he was such a gent, he took care of me right from the beginning up until the very end. It was Wayne who I dealt with and he was fantastic, such a nice guy to deal with. As soon as I got there he came over to me, welcomed me to the premises and got straight cracking on finding me THE car. He showed us around the 3 series well and even let us take it for a little test drive which was good. The car drove great and has been since the sale. I do have some very minor niggles such as the bluetooth not working, but I am not sure if that is due to the age of the car or not. Apart from that, everything is great,

What a car the A5 is, it has been running sound as a pound upto now. It were lovely and tidy when I went to view it, and the Crown team were excellent. Everything was set out clearly, and the whole sale was done and dusted within the hour, definitely recommend👍.

The customer service I recieved from Crown is the reason I am a returning customer, they are fantastic. I recently bought a Focus ST from them and it is lovely to drive, I am really enjoying the car. As always everyone was a massive help, really patient and not pushy in the slightest, I won't be back for a few years hopefully, but when I am after my next one, I will be back here again.
