High levels of  customer service must be something that is drilled into the staff at Crown Cars in Chesterfield, because the service I received was utterly fantastic; it was  fast  efficient, everyone knew exactly what they were doing, and there were just high standards all around, from the way the dealership looked, which was nice and tidy, to just how informative and friendly the staff were. So if you're after a dealership that treats their customers with the greatest respect, give Crown Cars a try; they certainly won't let you down.

Having called up to book an appointment specifically to view their Fiat 500X, as it was everything I had been looking for and it really did tick all the boxes, I decided to go ahead with the purchase and arranged a date that suited me for collection. I have just bought myself a lovely Audi A4 from the guys down at Crown Cars in Chesterfield. The car really is perfect and everything I had hoped it would be; it looks sublime and is easily the best purchase I have made in quite some time. The customer service from Nathan was also quite possibly the best I have ever had, and I must say he really is a great guy and deserves a big pat on the back for all his hard work. So just a massive personal thank you for all your hard work. I can't recommend you guys enough. 

After looking online, I found the perfect car for me, an Audi Q3, located at Crown Cars in Chesterfield. It looked immaculate online, and on viewing the car, I was so happy to see it was exactly as described. From there, the process was so efficient that I was in and out in no time, keys in hand, and just one very happy customer. That really was the perfect customer service. 

One of the best things about the dealership is just how great the staff are. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by pleasant, friendly staff who try their upmost to find you the perfect car for you. After a quick chat about what kind of car it was I was looking for, I found myself looking at their BMW 318I. Once they left me to it, they told me where they would be if needed, and I continued to browse around the car. I have to state that it really was a no pressure sale environment, which I found ideal. I didn't want anyone gawking or putting any pressure on me to buy the car. But the car sold itself; it was in immaculate condition and had all the modern perks, and after a quick test drive, I knew I had to buy it. Overall, I now have a fantastic car from a truly brilliant dealership.

I have to say I truly loved my recent experience with Crown Cars. Like most people, buying second-hand cars can seem a bit daunting and can make you a tad skeptical, but I can hands down say this was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. I truly love driving my Mercedes E250. Having gone through a part exchange, the deal was fantastic, and the customer service received was great from start to finish. They couldn't do enough to make me feel like a valued customer, and I can wholeheartedly say they succeeded. I will most definitely be using their services again. Five stars!

Absolutely fantastic service from Crown Cars. Having decided to get myself a new car in a kind of spur-of-the-moment thing, I saw the Ford Focus ST online and knew I had to get it. To be honest, it was the fact that it was yellow that truly sold me. I called Crown Cars to let them know I would be stopping by the following day to see if I could have a look over the car and take it for a test drive. On arrival, I was greeted by super friendly staff who, it has to be said, were really efficient. I found that I was in and out in no time at all; everything ran like clockwork.
