I honestly cannot pick fault with any part of my experience buying from crown cars. From start to finish, they have been exceptional! I knew I wanted a Scirocco so it was just a case of finding the right one. Id seen quite a few online before I came across the one at Crown cars, but none of them really caught my eye like this one did. There was something about it and I knew I wanted it, so I did some research on it via the online MOT checker. It looked to have been well maintained and the mileage was relatively low for its age so I contacted the garage to discuss it. The guy I spoke to was really good. He was dead friendly and answered all of my questions. I explained to him that I live quite far away so didnt really fancy driving all the way down there to pick it up. That was not a problem for them - he arranged for it to be delivered. The car turned up bang on time and I was over the moon with it. It was exactly as described and has been a dream ever since. Hats off to the guys at the dealership! Im proper impressed with everything.

Buying a car from here was easy! There was no dramas. No hard sell. No hidden extras. It was just an easy, painless process. I bought a VW Eos which has been a bit of a god send during this hot weather! It has been great being able to have the top down and really enjoy the sun. I love that it is a hard top so you really do get the best of both worlds!

Perfect customer service, really really helpful and they even knocked some money off for me. We agreed on a lower price as the wheels needed respraying, they offered to do it but I was impatient and agreed to get the work done myself, hence a lower price. When I was on the site everybody was very professional and always on hand to help. I absolutely love the Suzuki Swift, I'm just waiting on the parts for an issue, but Crown Cars have been so helpful and efficient in sorting it out. Because of the 250 miles between me and the garage the dealer has organised with my local garage for the parts to be sent there for repair - I really can't fault them, very helpful and accomadating.

I have already recommended Crown cars to friend of mine who is looking for a new car. The level of service provided by them has been outstanding. I have owned 6 cars previously and this is the only car I have ever driven out of the showroom and hasn't broken down within 24 hours - it has been proper refreshing to be able to get in a car and go where I want. 😂 5 Stars is not enough for these guys!

Im a new driver so felt quite overwhelmed when buying my car but everyone at Crown Cars was brilliant! They went out of their way to ensure I understood everything. Bought a 2012 plate vw Golf from these guys, bought it without viewing, as I stay nearly 300 miles away car was as good as the pictures, very helpful staff, brilliant car, highly efficient and excellent too deal with, highly recommended
