I cannot fault Stuart or Crown Cars at all, very straight forward guy, great customer service. I wasn't too impressed with the warranty company, but that's not a reflection on the dealership and the great work they did to accommodate me and my needs. 5 out of 5 for the dealership and staff there, really happy with how I was looked after.

I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan from Crown Cars, I had an issue with the battery a short while after purchase, I contacted Crown, and Stuart ordered and had a new battery delivered, I had it fitted locally to me, and Stuart reimbursed me the cost. I've not had an issue since the battery was replaced, and I'm super happy with the car. I found Stuart friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They had the correct measures in place, and enforced social distancing, which was comforting. We felt Stuart bent over backwards for us to get the car ready early, a very genuine garage and genuine staff.

Stuart at Crown Cars was really on the ball, he did everything he said he would, the car was ready when agreed, and was exactly as described. The Volvo is lovely, drives well and looks really smart. I would recommend in the future and I'd certainly use Crown Cars again.
