Everything's running smoothly, no complaints at all. Having a great time driving the Mercedes C220. It's a bit different from my old Citroen, but the customer service has been helpful and friendly. Can't really find anything to complain about – overall, a very good experience. Definitely a 5 out of 5 for me!!

I have to say, Stu was excellent, from initial enquiry to finish the service I received was outstanding. Polite, helpful, patient, professional and expedient throughout. The Honda I bought from here is perfect, certainly fit for it's purpose. Would recommend these to all my family and friends and return here again when I am looking for a change.

Having recently purchased my car from Crown I wanted to share my wonderful experience with you. I was searching online for a new car when I seen my BMW advertised on Auto Trader with them so I picked up the phone and spoke to someone called Stu and I arranged to go to see him to look at the car and take it for a test drive. When I got there Stu was very welcoming, he showed me the car and let me take it out for the test drive, it was nice and comfy and felt great to drive. I could not go back there without coming to an agreement with him to purchase this car. The paperwork was done quickly and I was driving away in the vehicle in no time at all. It was a fantastic service from start to finish and I would happily come back to these again when I'm looking to upgrade.

Stu is an absolute legend, such a genuine and nice lad to deal with. It was a stress free experience. Vauxhall Insignia - running smoothly, and I'm happy with how everything was handled. No issues on your side, just a tiny glitch with the finance money. I was in and out in just 20 minutes – quick and painless. Had the finance all sorted before hand, picked up the car, and I was good to go.
