My Audi A1 is really good and I am liking driving it very much. The guy who I dealt with at Crown Cars was really kind and nice. If I had any questions that needed answering he was very quick and informative in his responses. Nothing was too much trouble.

My husband is chuffed to bits with his Peugeot 2008! We opted to buy the car remotely and have it delivered. This process was so smooth and the car arrived exactly as it was expected too. The description and pictures we had been given were very accurate. From me and my husband its five stars.

Professional, courteous and straight forward process buying a great new car. I bought a Volvo V40 from Crown Cars and what superb staff they have, they made buying a car very easy and stress free, and actually enjoyable, which is very different to any previous experience. I recently bought a gorgeous little Fiat 500 from the team at crown cars Pontefract and I am over the moon with it! It has been absolutely brilliant ever since getting it home and has not put a foot wrong since! It is a good little car, and is very petrol efficient which I am so grateful for, especially with the petrol prices constantly rising! It is lovely to drive, the interior is stunning, I cannot find a single flaw! The staff were also brilliant, they were so lovely to talk too I cannot praise them enough! Thank you all 😁

Upon first viewing the car, it was absolutely gorgeous, it was spic and span and drove beautifully on the test drive! However, after having the car for a week or so, I started to notice a few issues that were popping up. I got back into contact with my salesman, who was more than happy to help and got the car booked in right away. Thankfully all of the work was covered under the warranty so I haven't lost a penny. I would happily give 5 stars for the customer service, as they were more than helpful during and after the sale. However, the car I can only give 4 stars as I did run into a few issues. Thank you for being so helpful!

Everything were absolutely cock on with the customer service and the Insignia. I have already done a post on Facebook to tell everyone how happy I were with the service. When my truck is ready for an upgrade I will definitely be back!

I've had no issues at all with my 325i or any part of the process with Crown Cars. I would recommend this dealership to anyone thinking of buying a new car.
