Really pleased with my new BMW, its a great car and looks really lovely too. I just use it day to day to get too and from work but it is a really nice drive so I am really pleased! The customer service was fab too, they really looked after me. Brilliant service overall.

Unfortunately, we've had a couple of minor issues with the VW Sharan that we got from Crown Cars - nothing major just bits and bobs like the heater and stuff. But I still wanted to review Crown Cars just to relay the information of how outstanding the customer service is here! Despite having a few issues, they couldn't have been more helpful. They picked the car up from us and brought it back with in a day with the issues all sorted, we were really pleased with the response rate of this dealership. They took action quickly and efficiently. Overall we are really pleased with the service that Crown Cars provided to us and would likely shop there again in the future.

I was definitely impressed with the car that I have been sold by Crown Cars, they are a very good dealer and sell very nice cars. There has been no issues with the car, we have been all okay with it and are liking it very much. It was in great condition. The customer service was very good too, they got us all of the information and provided that to us very quickly and efficiently. We were happy with buying from Crown Cars.

Loving my new Fiesta its a proper nice car! Had a bit of an issue after the first week of having it where I decked it into a curb and punctured my tyre which was a bit of a pain but lesson learnt ay! Other than my bad driving causing issues, its been great, drives like a dream and I'm fully made up with it! The lads down at the dealership were good as well, sorted me right out by keeping me up to date with everything and just well informed. They were really accommodating too, I noticed a bit of wear and tear on the breaks when I was viewing but the lads were more than happy to sort that for me - only took them about a day. I'd definitely go back here - I was initially recommended by me Mam as she got her car from these and she loves it and has had no issues. Pleased to say we have found a good reliable dealer that we can go to from now on 👌

We recently bought a Suzuki Vitara from the chaps down at Crown Cars and were made up with it. We use it daily just for getting too and from work and out and about its its running great, we've had no problems with it. It was the first time we had been to Crown Cars but we would definitely go back! The chaps were fantastic, they completely removed all of our worries and really reassured us. We did a part exchange and they couldn't have been more helpful, it was really easy and straightforward, they helped us with the tax and everything. Absolutely faultless. The car was all ready on time, prepared to an excellent standard. We will be back, without a shadow of a doubt.
