I bought a Nissan Qashqai from Crown Cars and the customer service was strong through-out, very pleasant to deal with when purchasing and they have been ever so helpful after the sale too. A mirror needing replacing so the team have it ordered and will be repairing when arrived - very quick to sort and very professional.

Spot on dealership, well impressed with everything, I would gladly recommend anyone to this garage, excellent service. I bought a Citroen DS3, I loved the car was so pleased when collecting it it looked immaculate, 2 miles down the road it broke down. I took it back and the young man got it all sorted at no expensive to me. He collected the car the next day, from my work, took it to be repaired and dropped it back off that day - I was so impressed with how they dealt with it and how quickly they sorted the issue, I would happily buy here again with confidence that they will look after you. Im over the moon with the car now, its a very nice car, Im loving it, spot on. Cant fault Crown Cars - highly recommend.

I went to Crown Cars to buy a Vauxhall Insignia, the dealer found a fault on the car and contacted us to apologise and let us know there would be a delay, they advised the part needed may take some time and he did not want to leave us hanging. Due to the time delay on the parts and the urgency of needing a car, I bought elsewhere. Even though I did not purchase from Crown Cars, I was dealing with them and they were absolutely lovely guys, ever so kind, friendly and bent over backwards for us. I would be more than happy to deal with them again and buy a car from this dealership.

I was very impressed to see the Mini Cooper S when we arrived at Crown Cars, the car was gleaming, real clean and tidy (it needs a clean now like), just as described in beautiful condition.
