This is the first time I've bought a car through Crown Cars, but it certainly won't be the last time. I highly recommend the dealer and the staff there, I dealt mainly with Stuart and a lovely lady (I cant remember her name), but both were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble at all. They have a great range of stock and prices, so something to suit everybody! I bought a Mazda 6 and the car is spot on, no issues at all. Its a lovely family car, spacious, big boot and mechanically its sound. Really impressed.

I've bought cars from main dealerships before and nothing compares to the service received at Crown Cars, the service is second to none, its personal, professional yet laid back without hard-selling salesman. I bought a Peugeot 3008 and I'm loving it, its a really good car, running nicely, just over the moon with it. Fantastic buy and I'm sure Ill get many happy miles out of it. The dealer really did look after me, very helpful and they made it a pleasant experience. I will certainly be recommending Crown Cars to others and I will buy from here when I'm next ready for an upgrade.

A lovely bunch of people! Everybody was really lovely, helpful, friendly and always put me first. From the staff I spoke to on the phone, to the gent that ran me down to the post office, to the owner - honestly a great bunch of people. I felt very valued and looked after by Crown Cars and this is why I will buy here again when I'm ready, very impressed with how this dealership operates! There was a small issue with the service history book as the previous owner had completed it, so the dealer is currently getting this sorted for me. they have gone above and beyond. I bought a lovely Jaguar XF, and the car is outstanding, very happy. No hesitation in recommending Crown Cars to anybody needing a new motor.

I purchased a car from Crown Cars in Pontefract, and I did it all online and over the phone. I live down south so it was too far to travel, but Crown Cars organised delivery to me. When I was in contact with the dealer in the process of buying, they was really helpful and friendly. The dealer gave me all the details of the car and the history, sent me photos etc and when it was delivered, it was as described and I was really happy. Highly recommend.

My daughter has recently turned 17 and I wanted to buy her a car for her birthday, I had been looking around online, and wasn't 100% sure on what to buy, I found a Mini Cooper with Crown Cars and it looked perfect for her... The price was good and the condition too. When she knew I'd bought her the car she was absolutely made up, she is loving it, really enjoying been out in it. The dealer got things sorted very quickly, and was extremely helpful and friendly. The whole showroom was very Covid-safe, I felt comfortable and at ease. I would happily buy here again, it was a nice, quick and enjoyable experience.

I was so surprised to find how laid back Crown Cars approach is, there is no hard selling or pressure on the customer. The dealer was very trusting and allowed me to take the car for drive on my own, he said to have a good drive for as long as I needed. I got a good feel for the Mazda 6, and really enjoyed driving it. Since buying it its been a great reliable car, no issues at all, it runs smoothly and is certainly a upgrade from my previous car. Although I travelled a long distance to Crown Cars I would happily buy from here again and recommend to friends and family.

Couldn't fault the guys down at Crown Cars, from first calling to driving away the dealer was helpful, friendly and had loads of info on the car. I saw the Jaguar XE advertised on Autotrader, when I viewed it, it was just as advertised, I was impressed. Its a lovely car, I'm enjoying it! I would happily buy from this dealership again in the future and I highly recommend to others.

I went to see a Clio at Crown Cars, Stuart was just about to close up, so I looked around the car but I didn't test drive it I was really keen on the car though. When I went back to test drive, I really liked it, and I agreed to buy it. I went back around 10 days later to collect, and the car was presented very well to me, it was clean and tidy, inside and out. This is the first diesel car I've bought and I really like it, I'm impressed with the fuel consumption, its great. There was a couple of things I noticed when I got home (hence the slightly lower score), but I think I should have checked these bits before hand, but I didn't. This hasn't changed the fact that I would still recommend to others. Stuart provided excellent customer service, he was helpful and friendly and got things sorted quickly for me.

I bought a car from Crown Cars, for when I pass my test, I've not driven it loads, but have been out in it here and there, it's nice and comfortable to drive and is running well. I'm just getting used to it, but can't wait to pass my test and get out in the car everyday! The customer service was really good, I went down to crown cars in Featherstone on the Sunday to look at the Peugeot, and I really liked it, so I left a deposit, I wanted to take it away there and then, but the dealer wanted to clean and service it before I took it away, so we agreed the following day. It was ready when I got there to collect, Stuart and Simon made the process very quick and easy and straight forward. I would happily go back when I'm looking for my next car.

I found an Ford S Max at Crown Cars, and it was exactly what I was looking for. Before going to see Stuart at Crown, I had bought a car the week before, they didn't have any S Max's in stock so I went away with a C Max - it was not practical and the day after, I ended up taking it back as it was beyond faulty and certainly not fit for the road. I took it back and got a refund. When I went to Crown Cars I was a little worried giving the previous experience, but it really was a breath of fresh air, it was so nice to have a friendly, helpful and honest service after such a terrible experience. The S Max I got is fantastic, I can't fault the car at all, its spot on. I highly recommend Stuart and Crown Cars, for providing me with excellent customer service and a quality, trust-worthy car.
