When I was in the showroom I was left to look around, they allowed me the time I wanted without been pushy. I arranged to test drive a Range Rover Sport, there was a few things I pointed out, Stuart sorted right away, I was generally happy with the car. The staff were a great help, I'd recommend Crown cars moving forward.

Everything was as it should be in these times, social distancing was in place, and it worked really well on site, we felt safe visiting the showroom. The mini Cooper is great, runs brilliant and looks spotless! The customer service provided from Crown Cars was up there, not pushy at all, just helpful and informative. Definitely recommend.

I'm really happy with the Audi A5 I bought, the service was brilliant, I chose the car and wanted to pick it up the following day, so I didn't give them much time, but it was ready when I went to collect, they did what they could to make sure I could drive away that day.

I'm so impressed with how above and beyond Crown Cars went to meet my needs. I had arranged for the Scenic to be delivered to me, unfortunately the delivery business couldn't do the agreed day, so Stuart at Crown Cars personally came and delivered the car to me and then got the train back. This was above and beyond my expectations, but they made sure that the arrangements were still in place so I could get my car on the agreed day. Highly recommend, they did everything they could!

Amazing service! The Audi A5 I bought is perfect, had a small issue but Crown Cars sorted it within days, so helpful and knowledgeable. Stuart and the team really did accommodate for us, they worked around us and our working hours, and just made the whole process seem stress-free.
