Recently, I found myself in the market for a new car. Living in close proximity to Crown Cars, it was a natural choice to explore their offerings. A friend of mine, knowing my preferences, had dropped by their showroom and spotted a Toyota that he thought I would be interested in. I went to visit them to go and take a look at the car for myself, and I was met by one of their salesmen, Stuart, who welcomed me with open arms and instantly made me feel at ease. When I looked at the car, it was love at first sight, so my mind was made up fairly quickly to purchase the car, and I'm really happy that I did so. It is a nice car, and I really enjoy driving it. It would be rude of me not to give this 5/5 for how pleased I am with everything.

I recently purchased a Citroen as a Christmas present for my wife, and I must say it was an absolute delight. When I surprised my wife with the Citroen, her eyes lit up, and she declared it the best present I’ve ever given her, those words alone were worth their weight in gold. Stu, our salesperson at Crown Cars, was brilliant; unlike pushy salesmen I’ve encountered elsewhere, Stu was friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car. He listened to my preferences and guided me without any pressure. The atmosphere at Crown Cars felt different. It wasn’t a typical transaction; it felt like I was buying a car from a friend. Stu’s warmth and approachability made all the difference, we even shared a laugh or two during the process. Crown Cars deserves nothing less than a solid five stars. I’m already planning to return when it’s time for my next car purchase.

The staff at Crown Cars were all amazing, and I felt very welcome from the moment I walked through the doors of their dealership. What I loved the most about them, though, was their non-pushy approach and allowing me to make an informative decision about whether I wanted to buy the car from them. There was always someone available if I had any questions, and they were able to give me some good, solid advice. I'm delighted with my Mini; it is a lovely car, and it drives well. 

I had to part ways with my Land Rover due to the expensive insurance costs. I had my eyes set on a Kia Sportage, and as if by fate, the exact model I wanted popped up online at Crown Cars. The buying process was so simple, all thanks to Justin; there was no hard selling, just a genuine interest in helping me. I traded in my Vauxhall Corsa, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given the top price for it. I'm so happy with my Kia Sportage, the speed is astonishing, my Land Rover had a 2.5-litre diesel engine, and I can confidently say this car is a rocket in comparison. It’s not just quick; it’s a thrill ride that never ends.

A flawless service from the word go. All the staff at Crown Cars were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything before I left their forecourt in my new Volkswagen.
