2018 HONDA CRV 7000MLS FHSH,1 LADY OWNER,SOLD NEW BY CROWN 👑HONDA,SERVICED BY THEM 4YEARS,RESOLD TO ME AS HONDA APPROVED USED.CR V DAMAGED UNDERNEATH,REPAIRED WITH SCRAP YARD PARTS FROM A 2017MODEL WISHBONE,SUSPENSION,CROWN 👑HONDA REFUSED TO TAKE CAR BACK.AA REPORT STATES CAR SHOULDN'T BE ON THE ROAD.Sent a 28page letter of appeal to Honda WHICH WENT MISSING FOR 3 MONTHS AND WAS SHREDDED.HONDA SORRY NOTHING THEY CAN DO DEALERSHIP ISSUE. (CERTIANLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS)AVOID!!! THE POWER OF DREAMS?

We have just bought a Honda Jazz Crosstar and we were really satisfied the way we were looked after by Mr Jason Baum. The whole set up from the beginning of viewing the car right up to the hand over was really great,I would certainly recommend Jason to any body interested in buying a Honda. I had been to a different Honda dealership looking for a car to buy, I left feeling unsatisfied by their service. Honda cars have always been my preferred car to drive, so I decided to try a different branch which happened to be Crown Honda in Hendon. The level of customer service I received from Ram the sales rep was second to non. The knowledge that he had on my preferred car to buy was extremely reassuring. I left feeling that I had definitely made the right decision and could not have been served by a better sales rep. The is no question in my mind that every time I need a new car, this is the branch I will be going to.
