Firstly I'd like to add i didn't complete the deal with this garage (deal fell on my half) however the customer service and care i received from Crowther Lodge Motor Company was completely impeccable. I've bought cars from many different dealerships beginning in Arnold and Evans etc and the service and attention to the deal doesn't even come close. You feel more of a customer rather than a profit. I'd like to thank everyone at Crowther Lodge and particularly Ryan Temple who sorted everything out only to be let down my side. Hopefully I'll be in a better position to buy next year with them, which I'd highly recommend to anyone!

This is my 5th car from Crowther Lodge Motor Company and I find the cars and staff no problem at all, I have always had a good deal and would like to thank Mathew and Paul for all there help and when I need to change my car Crowther Lodge will be top of my list to shop. Cheers Guys.

I recently bought an Audi A5 cabriolet. I am very happy with the car, it drives perfectly and was valeted very well and looked brand new. The service received from Crowther Lodge Motor Company was also excellent and the car is exactly what I wanted.

Crowther Lodge Motor Company were very friendly and will bend over backwards to sell you a car. That is where it ends,the 112 point check they tell you it had is a waste of time and does not happen,the warranty they supply is not worth the paper it is printed on (it is their own) and they repair the car.(Badly if you are lucky). The mot is not worth the paper its printed on either,previous failures not repaired. All in all avoid like the plague and you wont be disappointed.

This company is an absolute joke. Valued my car at about £1500.00 less than it was worth then when I called them out on it they became nasty with me and tried to say that I was wrong. Luckily I had done my research before speaking to these jokers. The sales staff are extremely rude and do not like it when you question them and they cannot talk there way out of it... AVOID at all costs...

We found these people very professional. The salesman Ian Richardson was very helpful. The car a second hand Vauxhall Astra was as described. I would certainly use this garage again.

Very similar experience to the other reviews. Had a great looking Audi A8. i made it very clear that if there was any sign of a repair/paintwork I was not interested. Their salesman Gary said he 'wasn't very good with paintwork' (????) but he couldn't see anything. All I can say is that he should probably learn to read Braille. We wasted nearly four hours on a 160 mile round trip. These guys will shamelessly waste anyone's most precious commodity -time- to try and turn a fast buck. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
