MG was faulty from the start, had to wait weeks to take it in, they didn’t even look for faults, then told me I needed to provide evidence if I wanted it looked at… send in a month worth of daily videos and photos show adding the many faults, Eventually took it back in, it sat there for 3 days, on day 4 they took it out for a short run and said “worked fine for us” Faults continued to get worse, with the car losing power several times whilst driving down motorways, RAC said huge amount of historical faults, they still refused to take it. Eventually did and tried to say I was repeatedly running out of petrol…. I sent over RAC report which said it was unsafe to drive. Lease company stepped in and insisted in a mechanical fault and terminated the contract. Absolutely worst customer service experience of my life.

Richie is excellent to deal with and he takes time with you and nothing is too much trouble with him. This is the third car I have bought of him and came back this time because of the fantastic service he and the team give.

Croxdale Motor Group My father purchased a Citroen C5 in December 2019 from your garage through Mobility and has decided to keep the car for another 3 years rather than replace due to the fact that he is use to it and he has been unwell. In February this year my father was rushed to hospital where he stayed for 3 weeks due to heart failure. Thankfully he has recovered enough to be enjoying life and one of his passions – driving. My father is 82 years old and a proper gentleman. I called to see him, and he was very upset and angry due to your disgusting and disrespectful behaviour towards him. Unfortunately, he stopped at your garage for some help and support relating to a dashboard light that had appeared. A member of your team was extremely rude and unprofessional with my father. He obviously could not be bothered with such a menial task even though he was there doing nothing and ready to help. The way he spoke to my father and interacted was nothing short of disgusting- he basically made him feel useless and incompetent for trying to get help. My father became very frustrated and anxious due to the fact that the employee had humiliated him which made my father have a panic attack as he was that wound up. My father was handed a piece of paper and basically told to ‘jog on and call it’. You advertise this: Customer service is the prime concern at our dealership, so you can be confident that the Motability team will handle any requirements with the utmost professionalism and sensitivity I strongly recommend that you revisit training on proper customer care and compassion. One day you will have an elderly relation who needs a bit more support than the average person, I hope they never encounter such customer service from any other human being. Sadly, Lynn Watson (Daughter).

DROPPED OFF AT 0900; PICKED UP AT 1700; 8 HOURS FOR A SERVICE, THEY'RE HAVING A LAUGH. THE PERSON I DEALT WITH WHEN I FIRST ARRIVED COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE DISINTERESTED IF SHE'D BEEN ON THE OPEN UNIVERSITY COURSE FOR DISINTERESTED PEOPLE. NO GREETING, NO EYE CONTACT, NO SMILE, NO PLEASANTRIES , NO CHANCE OF ME GOING BACK. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY CAR THE SAME WOMAN WAS THERE BUT I MUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO UPSET HER BECAUSE SHE TOLD THE CHAP WHO WAS ALSO AT THE RECEPTION DESK "SEE TO HIM I'M BUSY". NEEDLESS TO SAY I COULDN'T SEE ANY BUSY ABOUT HER.

The professional standard from initial arrival to final purchase of a Citroen C1 was down to Graham Elliot his conduct throughout in dealing with questions, can do attitude throughout ensured the other Citroen dealers were not visited during the scoping for a C1. Having purchased over 20 new and used cars over the years can say the best experience so far if your looking at a Citroen go check out this dealership first!

Without doubt this is the worst experience of my 50 years of owning cars. It took almost 2 weeks, numerous phone calls and a final personal visit to get my £500. refund after a deal fell through. When they claimed they had been phoning me to arrange the refund I showed my phone which contradicted their claim, Why would I not want to speak to them ???????????? It was only when i made a personal visit and my car unfortunately broke down in their driveway that they got things moving and refunded. I apologise unreservedly to any of their customers who were inconvenienced.

Bought a used Peugeot Allure a few weeks ago from Croxdale Service Centre and everything was as described as it was bought unseen. Car fitted description perfectly and I am very happy with my purchase. Very helpful service and the flowers were a nice touch,
