Called Croxdale Service Centre three different times and promised a ring back from service reception staff. This never happened, had to chase them up every single occasion.
Just had a hand brake fault identified and repaired on my Nissan X-trail under warranty by the service department at the Croxdale car store. This repair was done quickly and very proffessionally by the team. My thanks to the three girls on the service reception desk who kept me informed of the progress of the parts on order and telephoned me when the car was ready for collection. When i called to collect the car it had also been washed and cleaned. I will give this dealership a 5 star rating and even more if I could. My very best thanks to all involed at Coxdale.

We have visited this dealership 3 times over the past few months armed with a genuine requirement to buy a car and cash/credit waiting. Each time we have been quite exasperated at the way we have been treated with little respect. We have in the past purchased a car here and as a existing customer feel as if they do not really care to offer us any loyalty since they have never followed us up. We visited most recently and asked for a test drive which was offered immediately. The salesman mentioned that there were generous discounts of 40% available but when we returned saying we had enjoyed the test drive the manager came out and gave us a quotation with less than a 20% discount which made us very suspicious. The next day we were offered a 41.3% discount on the exact same model from another dealership. The previous time we visited we managed to gate crash a roadshow of some kind at the weekend - it seemed very disorganised and there were no decorations and not even a drink was offered. We were not sure whether we were welcome or not as apparently we did not have the correct discount code and shouldn't have been allowed in at all! No-one really wanted to speak to us and when we were eventually ushered to a desk across from a salesman he seemed very focussed on selling what he wanted to us and not very interested in our requirements. The impression we have gained is that this dealership is just focussed on the sales it wants to make and they seem to have lost site of service to the customer wanting to buy a car. There is loads of choice of dealerships out there and lots of great offers at the moment - we have just placed an order with another supplier where we were listened to and offered a really good deal and the promise of loyal follow-up and so we are unlikely to buy a Citroen again. If you want to survive in this competitive market may I politely suggest you get your act together!

Bought a second hand DS3 from them 13month ago had its 1st mot from another citroen branch and was told there was a bent wishbone but no wheel damage but when confronting Citroen Croxdale about it they told me to prove it was bent at the time of sale (yeh right) same wheels still on it from when i bought the car so LONGGGG story short im now left to get it sorted myself and just for wishbone replacement & wheel alignment £290 + vat Citroen Croxdale aftersale VERRRRY poor, got my money now dont want to know
