Part exchanged my wife's 57 plate Corsa against 16 plate Corsa. Compared against Vauxhall dealer the car I purchased had a higher spec with lower mileage for a better price. The car had a mark on the door which David Sorted. After taking ownership found the heater/Air con wasn't working properly & found a nail in one of the tyres. Croxley Car Centre seemed very nice and trustworthy initially but after paying for the car, the owner,Matthew, said he was still waiting for 2nd key. Still waiting 3 months on and they cost several hundred from Nissan. Owner will not return phone calls etc.

SECOND KEYS ARE A PROBLEM FOR ALL MOTOR DEALERS PART EXCHANGE customers and our regular TRADE SUPPLIERS frequently neglect to supply the second key at the time of the vehicle delivery or purchase...We do try our best to chase all keys that have been "LEFT IN THE DRAWER"or "WITH THE WIFE",sometimes with little success. We rarely guarantee a second key unless we know for sure there is ONE TO FOLLOW. Perhaps on this occasion there may have been a misunderstanding somewhere. Terry G. partner. 07770232463
I bought an Audi from Croxley car centre. The service wasn't very good if i'm honest and they were quite rude. They gave me a price for my PX but when I drove down which was quite a far way they offered me less. I've had a dew issues with the car itself too. I wouldn't recommend

It is very difficult for me to ADEQUATELY respond to this review ! Our very patient salesman spent almost three hours with this customer, and her young baby,to resolve the various issues which allowed her to DRIVE AWAY IN HER NEW CAR. After almost a three week delay and two cancelled appointments ,this customer eventually visited us with a vehicle that was NOT IN THE CONDITION THEY PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED...The vehicle had additional damage to its paintwork and a badly worn clutch that required replacement...This situation certainly justified a revaluation!!..This vehicle was also found to have a significant amount of OUTSTANDING FINANCE. This situation did not contribute to a normal, smooth and trouble free conclusion of the transaction,though we did manage to get full approval in the end. Sale date was in MARCH 2017 and up to today we have received NO COMMUNICATION REGARDING ANY ISSUES connected with this customers purchase. I purchased a Ford fiesta back in January and up to now I have had no major issues with it. The car didn't come with any mats or petrol in it but it was clean. The dealers were knowledgeable and the car was a good price. I would recommend this dealership.
