From the initial viewing through to picking up the car a very smooth and trouble free experience. Brian the salesman was knowledgeable and helpful and Sam who dealt with the paperwork was very professional. The car I purchased is in great condition and I am really pleased with it. Crystal Motor Company give you 6 months warranty of agreement and car needs repairs later when things starts falling off during your 6 months. They avoid your calls and never call you back, and lie after lie, like ignoring you and delaying your days of your warranty. They talk rubbish by ripping you off. Dont trust them to buy a car from. Always buy from showrooms.

Well were do i start ,all the staff are fantastic, clint ,is a man of his word, the car i bought from them had a few problems ,which i did point out to the sales team after my test drive ,all was corrected apart from one ,which was a on going problem ,after a few trips back and forth to nothampton to try and get it sorted out which were arranged buy the friendly staff ,, in the end decided to look into it my elf ,and fixed the problem with the engine management light , and after having the car 3 months I love it ,,I feel that i got a great deal ,with peace of mind with the 3 month warenty, so all in all thankyou to all the staff at Crystal Motors , my Toyota Celica is now my pride and joy , And i would Recommend your garage ,to anyone looking to buy a new car ,or a older one like mine ,Cheers keith shouler
