We purchased a car back in May from Sam. We came across an issue within the first 30 days, I was due to have a baby and we couldn’t get our car seen by anyone near us (we are around an hour and a half away). Sam drove down to us fixed the problem and then delivered the car back to us all while we were in hospital having the baby. I could not fault Sam. He was amazing and we are so grateful. We now have a reliable family car. Thank you so much. Would 100% recommend, you don’t find service like this very often anymore!

Bought a 2008 mini clubman in December, the whole process was excellent. Car was superb. Recently had issues with the car, contacted Sam and he got his mechanic to sort out the problem. Felt he went over and beyond to make sure my car was sorted. Great after care service. Would recommend to anyone.

The thing that drew my attention was the excellent condition of the car according to the pictures Sam had added to the advert. When I called Sam, he was very accommodating and open to letting me see the car the same day. Upon my arrival, Sam was polite, welcoming, and seemed very honest. The car was immaculate, already valeted, and very clean. There was an issue with the price, though, as the advert I saw listed it almost £300 lower than what Sam wanted for the car. The website had made a mistake, and on Sam's website, the price was £300 higher. However, Sam was happy to offer the price I had seen, as it was not my fault. This was a great gesture from Sam. I asked about the cambelt change, and Sam was happy to put me in touch with his mechanic. Later, we found out that the cambelt had already been changed, but it was nice of Sam to connect me with an honest mechanic. On the day I was to pick up the car, my wife couldn't give me a lift, so I told Sam I would arrive by train. Sam kindly offered to pick me up from the station. As soon as the car was mine, I took it to the local official Vauxhall garage for a health check for my peace of mind. The garage confirmed what Sam had already told me: the car was in great condition. Dealing with Sam was a pleasure—he was very honest, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommended..
