Lied about warranty as it doesn’t exist car in poor condition not as described
I discussed with him over the phone and we agreed that I would view the next day, as I would start work earlier and finish earlier. He agreed that this would be fine. I left work at 2pm in order to be there for the agreed time of 3pm and I noticed a message on my phone after pulling at a service station saying 'sorry car now sold'. I travelled about 20 miles for nothing, as he emailed me after 2pm. I don't get why someone would do this, knowing that someone had agreed to come down and view.
Bought 3 cars already from CSA Car Sales and Paul, any of them any problems at all and really easy to do business with, he will have his Spanish customer for ever!
I found Paul to be a very approachable salesman that doesn't make you feel pressurised or under any obligation to make a purchase. I bought an excellent car from CSA that perfectly suits my purpose. Would definitely recommend!!!
I have purchased four cars in total from CSA car sales in the last year, three for my sons and one for myself. Each time I have been throughly impressed by the service that I have received and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
Bought a fabia vrs earlier in the year and was impressed with his commitment to customer satisfaction. My only small gripe is please Paul stop using warranty assist they aren't worth the paper their warranties are written on and don't have the same level of customer care for the actual car buyer you do!

The guys at CSA Used Car Sales were very good. I came across them on AutoTrader and luckily they were quite local to me. The car was good value and clean. I would recommend them because they were very good.

Not a bad word to say about this dealership. I purchased a VW Passat a few months ago and I am really happy with it. The car was clean and in very good condition and a very good price. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.

This was an Xmas eve purchase! from CSA used car sales. Great to find Paul cleaning the cars on his drive when we turned up unexpectedly, he clearly takes pride in his work. Informative, test drive & smooth transaction, Honest friendly approach & great after sales help getting us paperwork, extra key & sat nav cd for our Audi. Highly recommended :)
