Brilliant service, very good price and extremely friendly and genuine person. I had a minor issue around a month after purchase which was not included in the warranty - however they still fixed the small issue for me with no dispute and at the most convenient and quickest time for me, they also did not charge me for the part or fitting it; extremely grateful. Thank you. Will definitely use again.

I bought a Corsa from this company. It was a lovely car however a week later the remote key stopped working. I contacted the man - he asked me to return to his showroom so that he could look at it. I went back the next day and he sorted the problem out straight away (it needed a battery which I wouldn't have been able to do myself). The man was extremely kind and helpful and told me not to hesitate to contact him again should I need anything.
Bought a car few days after I start having issues, contact csa and he admitted that he did change an original part with one not original, took him months to change it back, and still waiting to fix another part faulty which make the battery drain within hours. Very unhappy, I keep call him everyday as I can afford to stay without a car and he sold me a piece of.... Do not buy from him if you do make sure that all the parts are original. regarding my first review....UPDATE as of 27/11/2014.............After 6 months, he finally fixed the car he sold us, but we had to keep calling him almost everyday. Still not happy with his service, but he did fix the car and replace what need to be replace.

In response to the above review the customer purchased the vehicle in May 2013, unfortunately developing a DPF pressure sensor fault shortly after. We had to change this on 2 occasions because the first one was faulty (something that we had no way of knowing this would occur). Sometime again we were contacted because of a flat battery, we had the vehicle back into the garage at this time even though it was outside of the warranty period, which demonstrates we went above and beyond our call of duty as we always like to look after our customers. Having spent time investigating this issue the fault was caused by a non factory fitted Bluetooth kit which was draining the battery. The fault was again fixed, repaired and we returned the vehicle to the customer. Our business prides itself on our customer service and we are truly sorry this customer feels unhappy with our service
