Shaun and team were very friendly and not at all pushy.Was very nervous at buying a 17 year old car, had it checked out by garage today I would challenge anyone to find a better example in the country. Really pleased with our new purchase every one was so helpful from Shaun the owner Dan in sales and the lads in the workshop . Our whole experience was a delight from start to finish they even helped me sort my insurance and paperwork .would highly recommend not pushy just nice n helpful
i have just been and purchased my second car from Csk motors the service is second to none. Nothing is to much trouble for these fellows will never go any were else. Yes my first car did have a few issues but everything was put right asap and after the few issues the car has been great for five years. I have now upgraded for newer car and love it thank you csk motors

Sold me a car recently, booked appointment to go back to have a couple of bits done, was advised I could go shopping and car would be done only to be told they needed it for couple of days, had to bring back a week later and they've now had the car for two weeks, issue after issue has arisen and now I've been advised it now needs a new engine and it will be another two weeks! I have now had a refund but when asked for my half tank of diesel to be refunded was told no! Time after time they were supposed to call me back with updates and not once did they, absolute disgusting customer service and an awful experience with this company. Please don't use.

We are sorry you feel this way it was us that offered you the refund as at the moment parts are taking so much longer to get than before and felt it was not fair to leave you waiting any longer.Any one in the motor trade would explain the same thing,parts are a night mare to recieve quickly so we felt the best and fastest way forward was to replace the engine which we are on with, That is why we offered a refund we did every thing possible to do things right.The diesel that was in the tank was put in by ourselves has a good will gesture for you when you collected the car. But obivously things did not turn out that way,Many places would have never offered a refund has we did. kind regards csk motors
I bought a Merc estate and right away had steering issues. Dan very helpful, he can deffo 'talk the talk'. "Bring it back, we will fix it"! Back in a second time, same issue. I stated I dont think it's 'roadworthy' and am petrified to drive it but the big scary boss says there is nothing wrong!. App 3 of 'his boys' have driven it and its ok! So, ob a 58yr woman cant drive?? Yes, I did let go of the wheel at 30mph, as instructed to do and when the car pulled to left, as I knew it would, Dan went crazy and said his sister died in car accident and I scared him. Well I'm scared too and they wont take the darn thing back. I wanted to post a review so that when an accident happens, and I do mean when, then the evidence is here in black and white that I stated the car they sold me is a death trap!. No doubt, the boss will now come on and say they have done work on it and that may be so, but it still pulls and Im fearful of driving it, but they have my money and I have a 'ticking timebomb'!. Now, you judge for yourselves, is this an honest and fair company to deal with?.

This review does not reflect the truth yes the car has been back for pulling to the left three times and we have found nothing, but still to be sure we had it 4 wheel tracked changed the tyre plus had the car driven by three different drivers and not found nothing. The car was test drove with our salesman Dan in it by the lady who let go of the steering wheel approaching a bend at 30mph the car veered off as you would expect and really scared Dan, he was surprised that the lady let go at such speed going into a bend, Dan was so shuck up by this experience he then went home. We have a independent report that states the car drives straight and has no issue of pulling to the left.
I bought a car from CSK, absolutely love it. I've had no problems at all, they couldn't do enough for me, they also took my old car in part exchange. No pushy sales and great after aftercare. Would recommend.

I saw the car I wanted on-line at CSK MOTORS, I expressed my interest and said I would be looking to trade in my old car, no problem they asked what I was looking for and for me to send a few photos, they agreed to my valuation I transferred the balance to them and arranged to have the car delivered to me in Scotland. Nick delivered the car and took away my part exchange, everything went smoothly, no hassle, I am very pleased and would certainly recommend this company.
