Just wanted to say what a Brilliant Experience I had throughout the whole deal, from the owner Jamie (Who is very down to earth) to his Salesmen James and Matt all the way to his Valeting Man who did a Great Job. Rang Up a few weeks to enquire about Part Exchanging my Bmw X6 for there BMW 3 Series M Sport, after being messed about from other Dealers offering ridiculously Low Part Exchanges and This 3 Series being over 2k cheaper then any similar on the market I wasn't confident that I would receive a good deal.....How wrong was I, They offered a Great Price for Mine and I agreed straight away. I explained I was using my own Finance company and again the garage was fine (Unlike others who want the Finance Commission). Due to being on Holiday and work commitments I couldn't get down down for approx 2 weeks, explained this and again the Garage agreed to hold the Car and didn't want a deposit leaving. today I travelled 250 miles and collected the Vehicle. On arrival I was greeted by the staff who bent over backwards to issue me with refreshments whilst I completed the Deal, The Deal took quite a while due to the slow work from My Finance Company but the Garage always kept making sure I had a drink and Salesman Matt even offered to get My Dinner for Me. When My New Car was ready it was in immaculate Condition and I couldn't be happier. In the Who 18 years I have been Purchasing vehicles I have never had such a Great experience, It's a great family run business and You can See why they have been trading over 30yrs. I Must also say whilst waiting for my Finance to be agreed it give me some time to look at there other stock and they have a fantastic variety of vehicles all in great condition. Spent a lot of time looking for a second-hand Range Rover and visited a number of dealerships, If you want a personal, professional experience you could do a lot worse than Cuffley Motor Company. when parting with 15k plus you want piece of mind that you have some comeback and reassurance I got this as soon as I walked in the door. there are not many firms left that don't change their names ever few years to avoid poor customer service and the VAT man. I can be very picky and went through the car pointing out any imperfection, all were resolved, picking up the car a couple of days later I wasn't disappointed, when I need my next car I will visit Cuffley;s to see what's in stock

Cuffley motor company is an extremely professional run business who are infamous for their 4 wheel drives, which run without any trouble. Currently I am driving a Range Rover sport, which I have had for 11 months and it drives like a dream. Jamie Rowe helped me to find a car perfect for me!

When is an MOT not a MOT? When you get it from CUFFLEY MOTOR COMPANY. No advisory notes? Hmmmm. . .. Perhaps you overlooked the badly pitted brakes and brake discs?? Easy mistake seeing as it was noted on the 2014 and 2015 mot!!! When you get a clear mot with purchase you assume they been done. Oh no. . . Think the man just signed this years one off! Would not recommend this company. . Oh and when your car breaks down under warranty they try to get out of fixing it. . Why? Cos it costs money. Jamie Rowe RUDE UNPROFFESSIONAL.

Awful over priced vehicles with expensive problems that are not rectified sell them with advisories some serious questionable mots as they do them themselves on all their cars they sell if mot has run out Rubbish part exchange deals as well avoid.

Third vehicle I've brought from Cuffley motors over the years, very satisfied with the service from start to finish no pressure, wanted a few small things done prior to collection which where all sorted. Great service as usual.
