Friendly service , car presented well, and was ready to pick up 9 days later, fresh mot , new front tyres, 3 month warranty, but the interior had not been valeted as requested, it had a damp dog smell, yuck, had the car valeted when we got home .good sales experience appart from forgetting to valet the interior,

We went to look at a lovely Ford B-Max that Top Car Inverness had. Craig was very polite and welcoming and left us to look the car over. At no time did he pressure us unlike previous car purchases elsewhere. He is a very friendly chap who seems to genuinely care about his customers and is very enthusiastic about his business. Needless to say we bought the car and will be coming back to Craig and Top Car when it is again time to buy another car. I would not hesitate in recommending Top Car Inverness to anybody who is on the lookout for a new vehicle.
Looking for a replacement for an aging Fabia, I chanced on Top Car and I can't rate my experience highly enough. Craig was welcoming and helpful, knowledgeable and informative without being "pushy". I am delighted with my new car and would thoroughly recommend Craig and Top Car.

I have had issues with this dealership since day one. It took them weeks to even look at it and when they did they discovered that the turbo is faulty. I am still waiting for and invoice to prove that the car was fitted with a new one. They did supply me with a courtesy car while mine was in for repairs but i think they could have go it sorted a lot faster.
