They're very welcoming to us, they have time to explain all things we needed to know about their services..so far the car is on perfect condition, they even said we're welcome to drop by in case there some problems we might encounter about the car, they're very reassuring and give us peace of mind..hopefully the car will stay in excellent condition even after the warranty..😊

I was looking for a specific car and wished to trade in two cars for one. One of the two cars was a fairly easy p/x for a dealer to accept but the second was a little niche. So, a bit of a tall order but Top Car, having the model I was seeking, went along with my slightly unusual request. All my contacts with Craig and Leon were helpful, clear and eased what could have been a tricky transaction as I wasn't on their doorstep either. So, although we were both relying on each other's descriptions of our respective cars, there was an air of mutual trust from the outset, helped by the ease of providing details and photos by phone, WhatsApp etc. The fact that I could deliver one of my cars beforehand and they could verify the condition it was in helped in this respect, but it could have been very different with another dealer. No excuse was used to beat down my p/x value which we'd agreed earlier. Collection was straightforward and at no point did I feel under pressure to complete or to accept their car until I was completely satisfied. The car was just as they described and came freshly MoTed with all advisories sorted too. I would rate the customer service to be at a very high level and their stock to be well sourced and presented. Even my transporter commented on what a nice selection they had and he sees loads of dealers. This is a great little business which has just expanded with its own service facilities.
