A truly honest car dealership who sells exactly what it says on the tin(to quote a phrase).Never had a problem at all and our family have purchased 3 separate cars in over 3 years from these guys.Sometimes in business,no most times in business the consumer(me) expect everything for nothing and being a used car dealer must be the most horrendous job to be in.Anyway we are very happy with the guys so top marks from me.

DO NOT BUY ANY CARS from this dealer. Brought a car last year only to find it was a Category C write-off. Had problems almost immediately after buying the car and when trying to get the faults fixed he was kept fobbing me off with excuses as to why he cannot get them replaced. Had the car checked by an independant car mechanic who said the car was not road worthy and full of faults. I was left with a car that was not road worthy and lost 4k in the process of trying to get rid of it. I have now brought a car is that 6 months younger that the car i part exchanged. Owner unhelpful and rude and his sons are just the same.

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! The cars are not sold in good mechanical conditions as you would expect from a car dealer, and repairs are just a temporary bodge. The owner is only pleasant when things are going his way, and when you try to complain he just gets angry and it is impossible to get results. My own experience with this dealer was very unpleasant. It left me with unwanted car that I have over paid and mechanically not safe. The vehicle that I bought have developed fault with minutes of leaving the dealer. When I returned and complained the owner just become rude and unpleasant. He refused to take the car back and offered to exchange for a completely different car (different class). The car that was offered to me was much cheaper, even so, he did not wanted to refund the difference (£500). Please, go somewhere else to buy your car, just not from this place!!!

I paid a deposit for a car which I was told had no accidents and was hpi checked. On the day of delivery when I asked again about hpi I was informed the car was a Cat D write off. They refuse to refund and I am taking legal action. There are numerous complaints and Court cases against this dealer. Avoid like the plague!

Bought a used car only to find out a year later when selling it on that it was a category C write off. Called D3 and they say all their cars are write offs and they make customers aware on the website. I didn't go on the website before visiting the garage so was unaware of this. Car is now worthless!!! Avoid this garage they sell vehicles which are written off and repaired without making customers aware!!! I paid well over the odds for a poor quality vehicle.
