Car was not up the scratch when picked it up. D3 Burton Vehicle Sales promised to sort out all issues... Just empty words.. Bad experience.
THE CAR I WAS SOLD WAS UNROADWORTHY. THEY KEPT £1000 OF MY MONEY WHEN EVENTUALLY GOT MY PART EXCHANGE BACK. REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS. I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST. THIS GUY SELLS BADLY REPAIRED WRITE OFFS THAT ARE DANGEROUS. READ THE REPORTS OF THIS GUY GOING TO COURT AND BEING FINED AND IS STILL TRADING????? AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

When I purchased my Vauxhall Astra from here in January the process was very smooth and easy. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and up to now I have had no issues with the car at all. It was definitely worth the money. I would happily recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends.

My wife liked the look of a Fiesta that was for sale and took it for a test drive. Liking the car she put down a substantial deposit. Later on at home she did a little checking on the Fiesta and found that the VIN number did not match the registration (I would like to point out that further intensive checks by the local police have seen that the vehicle in question is actually genuine). In the meantime the credit card people have been informed and it seems very likely she will get her deposit refunded back to her card under section 75 of the Sale of Goods Act. I hope this helps other prospective buyers from this car dealer to thoroughly check any vehicles history before agreeing to buy.
Very good dealership! I didn't actually make a purchase from here solely based on the fact that I managed to get a slightly better offer else where but I would still recommend this dealership because the guy who was dealing with me is a really nice bloke and he has some good cars.

Great service! Unlike some car sales I never felt like I was being pushed into buying my new car instead I was given the freedom to look at my own leisure! After seeing the car on Monday I was able to drive away with a newly MOT'd car on Tuesday! Lovely personal service and help with swapping between cars! I was very happy with the part exchange offer I was given and I totally love my new car! Thank you for all your help! Would definitely recommend!
Sorry to add my bit - please do not buy from these. They sold me a cat c car without any indication and refused to discuss the matter. This local news story says it all http://www.burtonmail.co.uk/Dodgy-car-dealers-fined-selling-unroadworthy-car/story-21515886-detail/story.html BEWARE
I bought a Fiesta earlier this year from this dealer. I bought it as a cat D so have no issues with this. However the problems started very soon after. First I noticed no temp shown on the dash display and the air conditioning didn't get cold. I phoned D3 Burton Vehicle Sales and they said to go back and they would sort out any problems. They offered to remove a sensor (which was missing) off another car and supply a wheel nut key which was also missing along with a jack and wheel nut spanner. I went on the following Saturday morning but was made to feel unwelcome as I hadn't made an appointment and interfered with their tea break. As they couldn't find a key for the locking wheel nuts they removed the nuts with a hammer and chisel, damaging the wheels in the process. They argued that the air conditioning was working and wouldn't do anything about it. They also refused to remove a temp sensor off another car as I had been promised, but said they would post me one, which they did. On fitting this sensor I found a lot of damage that should have been sorted when the car was repaired. First there were 14 missing screws and clips, the wheel arch liner was snapped in two, the water overflow tank was broken and hanging by its pipe etc. I also had to refit the headlamp as it had been fitted incorrectly and I couldn't lower the beam. I was told when I bought the car that the only damage was to the rear nearside this clearly wasn't the case. When I washed the car last weekend I saw that the filler used was lifting from the panel so it looks like I shall have to pay out for another repair. DON'T USE THIS DEALER.

I paid a deposit for a car that I discovered was a Cat D write off. When I complained about the false advertising and requested my deposit back they refused. I am currently taking legal action against this company to get my £500 back! Its a complete scam, AVOID AVOID AVOID !

Would like to know how this reviewer gets on in trying to get his deposit back.I too have had a similar experience. Was shocked to see the Burton mail report re the court cases re these individuals. How can trading standards allow them to carry on selling cars?
Buyers beware. I would avoid this retailer. I was told that a fiat 5oo was a low mileage car with a hpi check and one previous owner. When I went to part x the car after 10 months the dealer conducted a hpi check. My car was a category D write off with two previous owners. The category D status means that that if the dealer will take it off my hands I will have lost £5500 in 10 months.
