Stuart was really helpful and patient. I was able to test drive a BMW at the Dace German Car site and then was driven over to the main branch to test drive a Mercedes. There was a good range of cars and Stuart searched all Dace sites for a car that met my requirements and budget. Everything during the sale was straightforward and clearly explained.
10 MONTHS OFF CRAP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! FROM DAY 1 NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS STARTING WITH THE BATTERY LIGHT ON AND THEM SAYING ITS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY ON THE FIRST DAY!!!!! DRIVERS DOOR NOT LINED UP, BOOT NEEDS A GOOD SLAM, WINDOWS STEAM UP EVEN WHEN NOT USING THE CAR, ITS BEEN BACK 4 TIMES NOW FOR WEEKS ON END AND NOTHING SORTED, UPTO NOW IM INTO THIS FOR 8,000 AND IT WAS 16000 AND THEY OFFERED TO BUY IT BACK FOR 10.000, IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING FROM HERE GET AN INDEPENDENT CHECK DONE OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!!! TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS THDY ARE TRUE,

Great communication from start to finish, from interest in the car to the final purchase. Delivery was no issue as there was a fair distance from my location to the garage. Part exchange price was fair as well as the delivery fee. All in all a positive experience.
