Adam fletcher has been amazing! I always feel getting a new car is exciting and something you want to be sure on. However it’s not always as simple as that it does also come with stresses such as sorting finance getting the best rates being sure it’s the right deal for you etc. I had called Dace as I had seen a beautiful Mercedes’ they also have lots beautiful top of the range cars. Adam had kept the car I loved aside for me while I was going through the process. He was quick to get back to me very efficient not only With my new car but he sorted everything with my old car to. Arranged delivery and any issues or questions I had he went above and beyond to sort it out. Top quality service and he made it so simple for me. He did get a decent finance agreement however he went further to get me the absolute best rate with another lender. I can not recommend this car dealer enough! Amazing at what you do and thank you so much it’s been an absolute pleasure to do business with yourself and your company at Dace German car

Great Service from start to finish. Adam the salesman wasn’t pushy at all. Slight mark was noticed on the car, so they ordered a new part and got it sorted straight away. Can’t speak highly enough of this dealership.
