I bought a Mercedes from Dace German Car Centre in January, I was very pleased with the car and their salesman, Paul Hollinshead, made the transaction easy. A few weeks later I has a slight problem with the car, I phoned Paul and without any hesitation he sorted the problem for me. So I can highly recommend them for their friendly, professional sales transactions and their excellent after sales service. Four months later I am still very pleased with my purchase from them.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dace again in the future.i bought a car from them today and the salesman Gregg was first class in the service we received he was very helpful and not at all pushy . I drove the new car home the same day ,and it was very straightforward

I was interested in a vehicle at this garage but the price of it was way over the prices on auto trader and what car. And to make things worse they offered peanuts for my car in px.

Dace was really friendly and accommodating! The salesman was happy to keep me company while all of the finance was being sorted out and was offering me drinks. I bought an Audi A3 back in September and it's been great! I have had no issues with it at all and the value for money is brilliant. I would very highly recommended this dealership to all of my friends and family.

Although I have not had a perfect experience with this dealership, I am happy overall and I am happy with the car. The only issues I have had is that the warranty wasn't extendable which I was told it would be and and that the car hadn't been serviced. The dealers were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend them, I would just say be cautious.

Not the best experience. One of the dealers was no help what so ever so I had to ask to deal with someone else and the car had not been cleaned or restored very well, they were reluctant to repair the scuffed alloys and things. Overall I was not happy with the service and I wouldn't recommend.

Dace Motor Company are a brilliant dealership! The service was fantastic and and the car is great it runs very smoothly and I have had no issues at all. The guy who dealt with me was a really good guy and was really helpful. They cleaned the car really well before I came to collect it. I would 100 Percent recommend this dealership to anyone.

Dace German Car Centre have had some bad press over recent years but I have to say that my personal purchase experience on a Mercedes CLK 220 CDI went very smoothly thanks to my super sales guy JAKE. The whole process was hasle free and without any stress. Vehicle history as described on the phone prior to purchase was backed up by the appropriate paperwork and everything was I's dotted and T' crossed. Only regret is I left my P/X car mats iand had to spend £25 at Halfords to peplace same. the next day. I'm sure if I had phoned Jake he would have let me pick my original mats but as I live quite a bit away this was a non starter. COOL CAR / COOL JAKE/ COOL DEALERSHIP. Thanks guys good job and lastly don't forget to mail me as promised (JAKE) the four Mercedes four wheel centre discs as promised. Best Regards Bob Bracewell.
My car buying experience with Dace Car Centre was excellent, they were very open and honest which was quite refreshing, they pointed out every imperfection on the car and agreed to take care of a couple of bodywork issues before they handed it over. I would definitely go back again.

In March 2015 I purchased a car from Dace German Car Centre. From my experience I found the customer service good. The car I first saw on the forecourt and so having spoken to the salesman about it he let me do what I wanted to do. This was a no pressure at all sale.
