Excellent customer service from Adam today and was very helpful.
My first time buying a car, I appreciated the relaxed approach from Adam, the salesman, he was very helpful and allowed me to take my time. I tried a few cars over the course of a week and never felt pressured into buying anything. I have bought one of their cars now and am pleased with it.

Very impressed with the service received from Dace. I applied for a finance on a BMW 330e which was approved. From phone conversations to in-person interaction, each member of staff I spoke to were professional, courteous and friendly. Customer service has been exceptional. The banter and energy amongst the employees is also nice to see and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Adam and Stuart shown me around my car, explained all the technical stuff and answered my questions freely. Both were great help. Highly recommend this place and will defo visit again in the future! Thanks guys

Visited Dace German Car Centre this past weekend, originally looking for a Merc A-Class. An unplanned visit meant when we arrived the car I had seen on their website was not on the forecourt - This wasn’t a problem as Stuart quickly offered to bring the car on site from their compound. Whilst waiting we had a look around and a GLA and A3 also caught my eye. 10 minutes later Stuart arrived with the A-Class. Having only ever admired these cars from the outside, unfortunately the inside didn’t live up to my expectations and it wasn’t for me. Stuart was really patient and knowledge about the other cars I also liked and ultimately I decided on the GLA. Despite the GLA being slightly over the budget I had stated, Stuart was never once pushy for the sale and gave plenty of time to think it over. Due to collect the car this afternoon and hoping that collection service is just as great as the service I’ve received so far - with my two free Easter eggs and car mats waiting!
