Have used Dace Stockport for over 10 years with no issues and great friendly and helpful staff. Any issues I have had have been dealt with in a friendly and professional manner however five months ago I bought a vehicle from dace in Manchester and from The moment I picked the vehicle up ( Had 1 mile of petrol in and actually broke down driving it home and had to get a neighbour to bring me a fuel can! highly embarrassing when you just spent £17,000 on a luxury car ! I did email the garage To raise this issue, no reply back) This is a start of 2 Months of pure hell with this vehicle I have bought from them . This is still an ongoing issue , which I have now had to report to the motor ombudsman through the finance Company . The lack of communication and lack of support from this branch is diabolical, I have been dealing with the manager Jack and on Numerous occasions I have rang to be told the Manager isn’t in today sorry but then get called back the same afternoon on the same phone number off him ??. I just feel I’ve been lied to constantly and get told someone will ring you back and they never do , On a few occasions, I have actually had to go into the garage to try and speak to the manager face-to-face because no one returns any calls. The issue still hasn’t been resolved and I am driving a car that I do not feel safe in .it feels like I am driving a death trap . I am extremely disappointed in the customer service from this branch and the manager Jack who assured me at the start of all these issues he would help me change this vehicle to one safer and not faulty ! IF I was ever to use Dace again, I would not be purchasing a car from this branch.

I purchased a beautiful Honda civic from DACE. It was very easy to speak to someone on the phone initially to book a viewing and a test drive. Given their lengthy opening times it was very easy to find a time that suited me. On the day of the viewing and test drive, the staff were very helpful. The store is well put together and the car was absolutely beautiful. The test drive went well and payment for the car was also straightforward. Rob was the salesman I spoke to initially about the car and was with me on the test drive. He was very friendly and also honest. He was also very happy to repaint some of the paint dots on the car. I came to pick up the car on Sunday and although Rob was ill, the staff were very friendly and the handover went very smoothly with Joe. The car was priced very decently. They also offered me a coffee both times which was appreciated. I would recommend coming here for your next car purchase!
