I bought a Vauxhall Mevera back in August. The car was clean and in great condition and up to now I have had no issues and the dealers have been very helpful. The car was a very good price and I am really happy with it. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership back in May. I have now rejected the vehicle. The car had had an issue with the DPF and the dealership have not tried to resolve the issue the issue at all they just kept switching the warning light off. Poor after sales and I would not recommend them.

I too had issues with a DPF filter, on return to Dace they told me they had changed heater plugs but like yourself I think they just turned out the light. The light came back on and a BMW specialist told me that no plugs were new and as a matter of course they should have changed the sensor also. Jason Birch asked me to send him the receipts, I have done this on at least three separate occasions and to date have had no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone interested in buying a car that you would expect to be right in the first place.
I went to Dace Motor Company in April and purchased an Audi A3. The service was really good, The sales team were very happy to help and were friendly. The car was very clean and as described and I have only had one issue with it which the dealership have agreed to repair under the warranty. Overall I am happy and would recommend this dealership.

I got on really well at Dace motor company! I got a Ford Fiesta in April. The service was very good, Tony is a really good salesmen and was very helpful and friendly. The car had a couple of little touch ups that needed like stone chips on the paintwork but they sorted this no problem. I would recommend this dealership.

Brilliant. The whole service was top notch. The car was excellent value for money, the salesmen were extremely helpful and friendly and the car was in amazing condition. I have had no issues with it up to now and I bought the car towards to end of April. I would highly recommend dace Motor Company they are a terrific dealership.

I got a BMW from here Back in April and it has been in the shop longer than I have had it for! I have had numerous issues with this vehicle including a loose back bumper and engine problems and it has been in the shop 3 or four times. and the first couple of times virtually nothing was done! And One of the times it was there they actually reversed it into another car! This company looks very professional from the outside, I just with they could have acted more professionally with me and my car.

Drove to dace on Saturday from York to look at a BMW X5,priced £14,480,after the usual sales pitch we get down to p/x, to my shock was offered £1,600 which rose to £2,300, the least I have been offered was £3,000, just done a parkers guide and auto trader valuation, both say between £3,500 and £4,600,to prove I sent the auto trader quote to a dealer in Wakefield to check against his 59 x5 and he emailed back saying he would give £4,000 p/x,what a waste of time dace are.their x5 was full of scratches and dints,how can any dealer present a car like that,saying it was awaiting prep,do they not know people do home work on their car and the 1 they wish to purchase.,come on car dealers,we know you have over heads but why try rip people off,I was there to buy a car with money in my pocket and my wife will be replacing her car in 6 months,you just reinforce the image we have of car dealers.

Firstly I apologise for the condition of the vehicle you were considering purchasing as the sign in the car stated this particular car was awaiting prep which hadn't been done before you came to view. We do deal in second hand car and do try our best to bring the cars up to a high standard before a sale is made. I'm sorry to hear the valuation we gave wasn't what you expecting. Auto trader and Parker's guide are only guidelines of car valuations and we here at Dace will always try and give a fare price for any part exchanges we see and we use CAP (current auction price) However this is sometimes not fully accurate and we will make a decision we feel to be fare to our customers. I would like to finish by letting you know that the issues you had with the car not being to standard when viewing has been addressed with our valeting manager and we are working towards improving this area of the company.
Not helpful or trust worthy would never recommend buying from dace motors as once they got your money and you drive of customer care and after sales service don't exist here. Mot doesn't mean car all good car been serviced means oil and oil filter only!!!. If you do decide to buy from dace check ever inch before you pay a penny and before you drive of fort court as once you do god help you if you any issues as they won't!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this and all the other reviews on pretty much every forum Tracy, I’m sorry that you felt it necessary to leave negative ones. You are correct in stating that we carry out an oil and filter service on all of our cars, along with an itemised and documented in house vehicle assessment of each car, a pre delivery inspection carried out by an independent service station and an MOT, also carried out independently. As regards the new headlight you demanded from us because of the hairline crack on the inside of your headlight, you are also correct in stating that we declined to replace it. We did explain that because it was very small, was on the inside of the car (as such the bonnet had to be open to view it), there was no sign of and no likelihood of water ingress and had passed an independent MOT without even being noted as an advisory point, it did not represent a reasonable request on a used car. We did reassure you that in the unlikely event it did develop into a problem over the coming months, we would happily relook at it for you. I note that you have left reviews on 8 different review sites and they do all vary a little, so I apologise if this response which I shall post in reply to them all, doesn’t quite tally with each one. I value each and every review that is left Tracy, as they often enable me to see what we are doing well and also if we could be doing anything better. In your case, I’m confident that you were dealt with correctly and that a reasonable person would put your multitude of reviews down to the type of person you are, rather than the type of garage we are.

Wow never heard such rubbish. I know the truth and whatever you want to say happened up to you but you're lying you tried to state I cracked headlight, I had taped it up utter rubbish, and that's why you wouldn't replace it. Friendly as hell till money crossed hands then. Yes I left reviews so people knew not to be as dubious as I was!!!!!
