Had a fantastic experience buying my car from Dace motor company.
Dylan Grey was great guy to work with and helped me massively with finding the ideal car for my budget. He made car buying a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high value customer service - Which is rare to find in any car dealership.
I would highly recommend Dylan if you are in the market for a new or slightly used car.

Sales Rep sent me an Email on 3rdApril offered me a BMW 5 series .On Wednesday 5th of April I agreed and paid Deposit of £100 (which they said is refundable)
Friday they have sent me a finance agreement. I received an Email on Saturday
And upon checking the Finance rate it was 13.90 % APR.
Which was obviously not worth for me .
I informed them on Monday the 10th of April that I don’t want the car .
The Sales guy told me they can not return the deposit back Cz they off sale the car for 6 days where the deposit was paid on 5th and sales rep came to me with finance agreement on Friday the 7th.
And then telling me he recorded the conversation. And I was like ok send me the conversation which he never sent .
I am definitely going for a legal action against these Frauds.

Absolute disgrace only had the car 5 months, 2017 Audi a4 estate s line. Within 6 week the egr valve and other things had to be replaced yes they covered. Now 5 months in and another major issue with the car and they won’t stand over it. Really would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. All of our cars come with a 3 months warranty as standard and an option to extend that warranty period to 12 months. Your vehicle had 110 thousand miles on it when you purchased it, so we recommended you extend your period of cover, as there is a higher likelihood that you would need to rely on it. You chose not to and accepted that any breakdowns after the 3 month period you would be responsible for. Faults that arise during your ownership are your responsibility. While we sympathise that you may have a bill to pay, in vehicle preparation we can only attend to faults that are present or apparent. We cannot predict faults that may develop later. We are pleased to hear that you benefitted from your warranty cover to have an EGR valve replaced and hope you have a speedy resolution to your concern.

I would just like to say that my experience with Jason and Dave and buying my car was a great experience they wasn’t pushy at all but very professional and gladly had a good sense of humour they couldn’t do enough for me the car is amazing just as it was advertised,
I would strongly recommend this company to anyone 10 out of 10 thank you guys
