We test drove the car on Monday and were given a lot of background information by Tom. He is very friendly and knowledgeable putting no pressure on us and giving us space to discuss it. He gave me lesson on the controls including the many seat adjustments. All the staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The car was serviced and prepped ready for us to drive away on the day of our choice. It was a great experience and we are delighted with our Jaguar XF!!!!!
