Dace Xchange were fine on the day but the second I left it all went down hill. I broke down on the motorway, needed to change the tyre and there was no spare tyre in the back, the indicators weren't working and there was a small crack on the wind shield, when I called they told me to get a quote and they would pay for it, got a quote and they told me it was too much and to get another, ended up just sorting it myself. Half the time I called them they were saying the person I needed to speak to wasn't in and just messing me about really. Car is great now after fixing all the problems myself.

What I can tell you about Dace Xchange in Stockport from how my experience went was that I was happy with the way it all went. I thought the staff were helpful staff, I didnt have any problems at all with the car and I definitely recommend.

I found my car at this car dealer in Stockport last year. I purcased it and on picking it up it was really clean. The whole transaction was a really smooth process. It was easy, quick, 5 stars all the way, I will be telling others to visit Dace Xchange

We decided to purchase a Mercedes clc , however they promised (like some of the other reviews) to service tax and mot. None of this was done and for it to happen to other customers as well, it's clearly a issue and problem. I drove the car with after being told it had a new mot as it had expired. I visited my local garage who checked with vosa who said they had not mot the car! If I would have had an accident then my insurance would be void!!! They put my career and car at risk by telling lies. I was told they mot the wrong car. And this was the problem! Sorry that's not my problem. The car then developed two faults and had not been serviced as promised! They did agree to return the cost of the mot and service to me however this really was not good enough compensation! I did like the sales chap! But I can't stand people who lie!

I have had no problem from buying my car at dace xchange. I buy a range rover and yes it was a very good buy. i would recommend to buy from here. i am not looking again but when i do i would return

I purchased a car this year from Dace Exchange over in Stockport, Manchester. I came from Liverpool to buy this so a bit of travelling involved. I did have a major problem, drove for 5 days and then the shaft went on me. Dace xchange explained i could go to my local garage which on the face of it was great but when I did they disagreed with price and was only willing to pay up to a certain amount. They said then the other option is to take it to them, however I am quite a distance away so would have to pay for it to be towed. In the end because i was without a car i had to pay the difference myself which im not happy about. For that reason I wouldn't recommend them. On the positive side I have given them a 5 on the review for the car being good value for money

Told it would be MOT, serviced and taxed which sadly it turned out it wasnt in the end. After going back and forth this was done, really it should have been done before we chased but essentially this was done so they did as they had promised. Happy with the car in the end,really happy, represents good value for money and having everything done it really is a good car. As i said they did pay for the fixes to be sorted and paid for so we do now have a very good vehicle on our hands
