This place does not deserve 1 star but unfortunately you have give something. Dalestorth Motors Trading as Mill Motor Company. Purchased a car in July. Issues soon arose, no help whatsoever, car broke down 1 mile from dealership, made various promises, all pointless. Ignored all phone calls. No log book, gave cash to tax vehicle but he just pocketed that, only just managed to get the logbook and tax the car. He had the car back to supposedly repair but from an independent inspection, nothing had been done, he even tried to claim on my warranty. Cost over £1000 to get the car safe and roadworthy plus £25 to get the log book and £35 to tax it. Please do not have any dealings with the place. Comes across as being polite and friendly, this is an act, a real con man, he wasn’t knowledgeable, vehicles wasn’t as described, it wasn’t value for money, issues were not resolved, I would not recommend.

Do yourself a favour and avoid Dalestorth Motors, bought a faulty car in July and still fighting to get my money back. They are ignoring all the emails, telephone calls and letters. When I rang them from different number they put a phone down on me. Just save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership.

DO NOT agree any dealings with this company. I enquired about the VW TIGUAN which they have for sale around 2-3 weeks ago. They asked me to put a £200 100% refundable depsoit down on it to secure it as they said it has no faults and was ready to drive away. They said if I wasn’t happy with it they’d Freud me. ( me being stupid, did ) I Travelled 1.5 hours to see the car only to find 2 problems straight away. 1 being air conditioning wasn’t working and 2 the alloys were absolutely trashed. And to top it off when I started it up the engine management light came on. Obviously I said I didn’t want it and was told I’d receive my deposit the following day. 3 weeks later still nothing and ignoring my calls and messaged. By the way they re listed the faulty car. Do not buy from these frauds

Multiple business names Atrocious customer service - put phones down if you call for assistance Vehicle sold not fit for purpose and not as advertised Bluetooth satnav electric folding wing mirrors and passenger door lock not working, massive oil leake still not fixed after 3 attempts taking several months and ENGINE MANAGEMENT warning still occurring 8 months later following at least 4 returns each taking months to (not)repair each time vehicle went in with almost £90 full tank of premium diesel and retuned completely empty!!! 3 x curtesy cars all road illegal - bald tyres no mot/ins ect Vehicle in for repair multiple time taking months each time and still has same faults 8 months later Not helpful for FRONTLINE ONCALL EMERGENCY KEY WORKER
