Just bought my car from Dalkeith Ford center. Sam went above and and beyond. Would recommend.

Bought a car from Declan who was very helpful & great to deal with. After a few days noticed a problem with back o/s tyre not holding pressure. Went to my local tyre guy who showed me the tyre had a temporary repair made on it & it wasn't intended for continuous use. Called Ford Dalkeith spoke to Declan who then had Ross call me from service team after explaining the circumstances Ross then asked for invoice to be forwarded & he would refund the tyre price . 2 weeks later had no reply & when I called Ross was off & they didn't know when he'd be back

Took 3 weeks to get a booking to change break pads dropped car off received a call at 4.45 to say they didn't have time to do it that day. When I picked it up without new pads I found it had done around 60 miles while in their possession. So 35 pounds down in taxi fares and less fuel with no brakes. Thanks dalkeith Ford centre.

Just bought my 5th car from Dalkeith Ford Centre and cannot praise them to highly and would not buy from anyone else. Gordon the owner of the business is a lovely man I have got to know over the years and I have always had great cars at great prices. Trade in values are always good and have always come away very happy with the deal we have made. Tony one of the salesmen is a super guy and have also got to know him over the years and always impressed by his helpful manner and his knowledge of the cars he sells. Over the years I have bought many many cars but now I have discovered Dalkeith Ford Centre I would not go anywhere else to buy a car. I have no hesitation in recommending Dalkeith Ford Centre to anyone. Give them a try and I'm sure that like me you will be impressed!.

We were looking for a car within a budget, and told Tony, he couldn’t be more helpful. Once he gave us the keys to a selection of cars within our Price he left us to it, once we picked he didn’t do a pushy salesman routine, in fact Tony was very polite, friendly and didn’t force us into any thing, Service Great. Car Selection Great. Staff Great. Overall experience awesome. We will be back for cars from Dalkeith Ford Centre in the future, and it will be our first stop.

Visited here twice, was very impressed with Sales Staff on first visit - blown away by Service Staff on second visit. Nice touch by Brian (Service Manager) who noticed I was from a distance away, pushed through my service and I got my Car back in less than an hour! Also came back clean and valeted! Exceeded my wildest expectations, better than great service, also nice people to deal with. Go out of your way to get your Car serviced here!

I always find the service from Dalkeith Ford to be very good. I feel they always listen to me whether I am buying or just getting my car fixed. Very Helpful and friendly.
