I would like to warn everyone from dealing with this car dealer. After calling them and assuring the car has no problems and is all working well I decided to go for it the next day (100miles trip). When I arrived to pick up the car it came that it has the engine light on. The seller said its the O2 sensor which i can get from ebay and change it at the car mechanic. I only agreed to buy a car without any problems so ended coming back home without getting the car.

Dallas Motor Company have the most useless sales people and sales technique all there cars are scrap and not safe and they refuse to make them safe I would not ever give them my money nor should any body else don’t let them fool you there just out to rip you off

Bad service and bad attitude at Dallas Motor Company. Sent deposit for a mercedes s350 and when we went there to inspect it the car wasnt as described and there was over 1000 pounds to be spent. they refused to give us back deposit. stay away !!! very unprofessional.

AVOID# never buy car from them or trust Dallas Motor Company. ARDEN MOTORS aka DALLAS MOTORS (better check both reviews). Bought a Mercedes for £2300, they said car was fine hence me buying it. After bringing the car to my trusted garage I was served with £700 bill, car needed a full service including gearbox and steering pump. 2 glow plugs and all front control arms. Of course I could not bring car back has they asked, I spent time and money to collect it and sold mine in mean time. So i asked to split bill in half and they refused as they as admitted glow plugs and arms needed to be changed. Also stated bill was too high, which wasn't has if I bring it to Mercedes garage would be double. So we agreed for £200 refund which too a month (yes 1 month) of asking, emailing, messaging and so on I had to send bank details 4 times and on the end £150 only. So I paid 2300 plus 550 for a Merc which could be bought for 1500/1800. So why pay more for a dealer when you get same condition as private sellers? AVOID#

Brought a Vitara from Dallas Motor Company. I asked how much mot. Answer. All our cars leave with 12 months mot Wrong. Right answer is when your vitara leaves the showroom you yes you. Get your own mot.Of course they don’t tell you this. Watch out for several sales persons dealing with you You will never remember who said what. Stay clear is my advice.

Please do not buy anything from these people. I am currently in the process of court procedures against Dallas Motor Company. Horrible horrible people!!!

I wish I had read the above reviews prior to buying a car from this dealership, I bought a car recently from them on the test drive it stalled a couple of times, I was told it had previously run out of diesel and would possibly need a fuel filter he even wrote this on the receipt therefore admitting there was a fault, two days later when I could get it booked Into a local garage near me I found the vehicle had numerous faults and the stalling was a gearbox issue the cost to get the car roadworthy would have been over £1500, I I formed the garage that I was rejecting the fault under the Consumer Rights Act as the car was not fit for purpose all I have had up to now is emails which contain blatant lies. I am a 58 year old woman, and put my trust in these people to be honest and decent, I now have no car and no refund I use the car to transport my disabled grandson and am now unable to do this, it seems once they have your money they really don't give a dam about you or the law of the land BEWARE and also they are tied in some was to Tyburn Road Motors.

Exceptional Service and knowledge of the cars they have for sale. Got myself a bargain Alfa 159 Ti, in great condition, with FSH, and almost a £1000 below the Autotrader Guide price. Since then i've put 15k on the car, and its running perfectly. incidentally, this si my 3rd car fro Dallas

I would recommend that you give this company a wide berth. purchased a ford c-max auto inspected it, took for a test drive around the block ( NO HILLS) seemed to be in reasonable condition for age and mileage . within six week going up hills the gearbox failed. Dallas Motors not interested , even when the fault must have been there when purchased.

Purchased VW eos, 65,000 miles and full service history. Vehicle was well out of line and had to go on jig and be ready tracked, after about six weeks the engine needed attention. The convertible roof had not been serviced and needed attention. If buying make sure you take the car out and into the daylight to give it a good check over. My own fault but made a bad decision in buying the eos as it was not in the best of condition but did not realise for about 6 weeks.

Customer gave us a car in Px and fully inspected the vehicle on two occasions before making the purchase and has never contacted us with any issues the from what they are saying they have had the tracking done which is something that can happen if you hit a curb etc so not a fault in respect scratches agiain everything was visible before purchase. car was also sold well under market value we welcome all genuine feedback.
