I had my car serviced, they replaced the wipers but its making sound. To get it checked they are giving dates many weeks away and not taking customer preference at all in mind. Lack of empathy shown in looking the issue

Bought a 2020 Tucson at Dalys from Richard in Sales to bring to ROI. Great sales service and drove it home to Wicklow that day. Within a week, there was a serious problem with the engine and I broke down in Wexford. I rang Richard and Dalys took full control of the issue. They brought the car back to Belfast and gave me an excellent courtesy car (which Hyundai garage in Wexford couldnt do). The engine block was replaced under Hyundai warranty and the car dropped down to me in Wicklow a couple of weeks later. I was delighted with this whole process and the service offered. Purchased a car from Dalys in 2021 and all was fine in general whilst the car was under warranty. Car was less than 3 years old and less than 20k miles on the clock when it had warped brake discs which was not picked up by their technicians when they had the car in for a 2022 maintenance/ service. Annoying for sure, but they covered it under warranty and repaired free of charge. Concerning that a 3-year-old car with low mileage would end up with warped brake discs! 2023 service was beyond problematic. Full service and air con service done which resulted in my air con not functioning and a strange odour coming through the vents. Repeated visits with the car to Dalys and they took the car in to diagnose the air con issue and also the exhaust, because the odour was suspected to come from there. 2 days without a car and the air con was now functioning but the odour did not go away. 2 weeks later, the back box of the exhaust detached due to erosion and Dalys said there would be a £450 charge to replace it, because my 5 year Hyundai warranty ended 2 months prior. If they had checked the exhaust as they said, the exhaust issue would have been diagnosed and common sense would tell you the car is too new and too little mileage for an exhaust to need replacing. Absolutely no consideration was made to honour the repair as a gesture of goodwill and they clearly did not check the exhaust 2 weeks prior to eliminate the possible odour coming from there like they said they would. This resulted in yet another phone call to Dalys for a repair and time spent without a car had I decided to go ahead with the £450 exhaust replacement. Brake discs warped when the car was less than 3 years old and less than 20k miles on the clock. Clearly non-durable parts used. Tyre sensor needed replacing when the car was less than 5 years old and less than 26k on the clock. Clearly non-durable parts used and cost over £160 to replace. Air con was non-functional following an air con service. Technicians fault caused this issue. Exhaust was eroded when the car was less than 5 years old and less than 20k on the clock. Clearly non-durable parts used. For a car that has not yet been fully road worn yet, it has needed a lot of what should be durable parts replacing. Dalys are fine when you are under warranty but will bite the hand off of you and charge you extortionate prices for repairs on parts that should last for years. Use them at your discretion but be prepared for a lot of return visits for repairs and repairs of repairs.
The staff apart from Daryl are unprofessional and show zero customer care especially after sales. Need customer care training and manners.
