I have just brought my new car from here, Slawek made the process very easy. On arrival he was very welcoming and friendly, not pushy at all. Went for a test drive and agreed to purchase the car and PX my old car. I did have an issue with the new car after I purchased it but I called Slawek to explain and he instantly reassured me that he will get the issue fixed. He came and collected my car to arrange for the repair, which he done very quickly and then returned it to me. Communication was great throughout and I found him very trustworthy. I would recommend this dealership and purchase another car from him in the future

I made contact with Slawek of Dart Trade Ltd through autocar trader, he responded quickly and efficiently to my enquiry. I made an appointment to view the car. Slawek was great and I explained how I was getting to his garage and he offered to pick me up from the station. He arrived in the car i was interested in and we drove back and I took for test drive. Upon completing test drive, we concluded my purchase of the car , which was very efficient and conducted in a very structured business approach. Before completing Slawek wanted to show me the car again. Once completing the registration and paperwork. The car was driven away with a very satisfied customer. Thanks again.

Dart trade were so helpful in buying a new car. Very knowledgeable, very friendly. Was able to test drive the car on first viewing of it. Offered a very reasonable price for my car I was part exchanging, no attempts at a rip off offer. Was able to put a holding deposit down while I waited for funds from the bank. Dealer was very patient. At payment, dealer sorted all paperwork, tax, explained everything, whilst just having normal conversation, was a breath of fresh air. Would recommend to anyone either first time buying or upgrading by part exchanging. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you Dart Trade!

Worst thing I ever did was buy a car from this place. They change location ALOT to make it look like a different company. I bought a family car under the impression it would be safe.... literally a day later it had lights come up on the dash.... the man ignored me then cut me off each time I phoned. We then paid £1000 to have the faults corrected... a month later we broke down.... the clutch went and as described by our mechanic this had recently been replaced really BADLY!!! Again we paid and now the master cylinder has gone!!!! Complete and utter rip off company selling dangerous cars

Hello Carly or a competitor trying to slander my business You left so many bad reviews but you never said what car you bought and when you bought it We selling cars with at least 6 months warranty If your car broke down you should contact us or warranty company No one reported any problems to us (if we have some we never leave our customers with problems) You said clutch and master cylinder has gone, this parts are covered by the warranty!!! We have only moved once in the last 7 years We moved from Dartford to Swanley to a bigger place last year Kind regards Slawomir Kucia Dart Trade Ltd

Very friendly welcoming to see the car, no pushy salesman any faults were pointed out eg rear camera wasn't working swalek offered to have it looked at, all paperwork was shown to us, was given a nice test drive and due to covid gloves were provided and distancing measures put in place and to end the car buying process the car was delivered to me.

Great customer service. Very professional and friendly. Slawek went through the main features with myself as it was my first keyless car. The car looked well maintained and very clean as new. He also showed all documentation, service history, Mot, etc. He allowed me to setup the car tax and insurance before leaving. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the buying experience.
