Arranged to go and see a vehicle at Dart Trade, arrived and was informed that the vehicle had a problem with the 4x4 system and it was only a two wheel drive currently. Large costs to fix this, the car was filthy and covered in dents and scratches! Why isn’t this mentioned in the advert instead of wasting customers time! Thought I’d turned up at a scrap yard! Hope no one else gets caught out!

Dart Trade are complete coyboys. They blank out warning lights sell you fake warranty that will not cover nothing cars dont last a week let alone a month which in any dealer they have to cover under the 2nd rule 1 months warranty they will ignore you mug u off and get rude when u point them in the wrong basically selling death traps avoid them at all cost.
The Staff at Dart Trade were generally helpfulness in all aspects of the procurement my car and I can't thank them enough. Car is in great condition as advertised and didn't disappoint in any way Absolute pleasure doing business with, expectations and professionalism. Definitely recommend to any car buyer!

This was the first time i went to Dart Trade Ltd and i cant say i regretted going there. I saw the car i like Audi Q7 4.2 FSI then i went home and discussed it with my husband and we then rang up to say we wanted it. The staff and owner was very helpful, they are nothing like the big dealers. When you go to the big dealers as soon as you walk in they have you sitting by a desk and asking you if you will be taking the car on finance. At Dart Trade Ltd it is totally different . They allow you to browse round without any hassle and when you need their help they come to assist you. Slawek the owner was very polite and easy to speak with. When i need another car i will definitely go to see them first. Keep up the great customer service skill you have. Whoever is reading this i recommend you try them out.

AWFUL COMPANY! Dart Trade completely lie, cover faults in cars, then just blank you when trying to get anything resolved. The aa break down the try to say covers you is very very basic and covers 1break down so it’s not a plus when buying a car from them as you will need it a lot! Staff are very blunt , wheel spinning around the yard in customers cars! Please be careful my advice would be to get the car fully checked over before you buy it. Be careful I’ve also been warned warning engine lights were just overridden by them! So potentially very very dangerous too. Trading standards are now involved
Very annoyed after spending a lot of money on our new car, to find within a few days the car has various problems, all were hidden by the seller as they simply say “we can over ride the system and remove the warnings that flag up for you!! Then when contacting the seller for help they ignore you! My new car has now been in the garage 3 times soo far and had the aa out!! All within a week. I hope others avoid Dart Trade for this reason
